A decent rebound and the bulls shout 'to da moon'. In order for the bullish scenario to live on, the next 48 (maybe 72) hours are critical.
If support at 540$ will be broken and new support found at 450$ or less, the bullish scenario will be invalidated, and we'll have capitulation.

At the very least it will be pumped up so that the 1st of the month buyers have to pay a bit more Tongue.

we're at crucial point really. If you look at the 2hr chart for bitstamp you can see the clear downward line that we've hit 4 times before and fell back down. That line is now around $585 and so that's why the brief pause now. Are we going to break up from it? It looks like it, we actually hit $589  just now and if we do break up from it then it'll become strong support for us. Expect a bit of a battle and consolidation around $585 just now whilst we make sure which way it's going to go

Very interesting! You may be right! The thing about resistance lines these days is that they tend to bounce us back down, though. Actually I'm more for those climbing support lines, and not the declining ones, because, well... they go down. I like exponential upwards-channels!

Through $590 like a knife through hot butter! It really seems like we might just have crossed the resistance! Interesting times, indeed.

Wow! $589 on stamp. That's what I call a train! I gotta post this video again, it just has to be seen during this rally: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vh473k-uHH0

That video. LOL  Smiley It is totally unrelated to BTC walls etc., but you may like the Museum of Techno "tutorial videos". They have done a whole series of them. Here is how you make a techno bassline: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OezymoIxZM

Yeah, but it has trains! And that's all that counts! Your video is pretty messed up as well. Love those people they've got a great sense of humor!
+1 I found both of those quite funny

It's also summer now and people are going on holiday, i would have loved for expedia to sell flights for bitcoin but that'll be in the future and also across europe and not just the usa where they sell hotels for bitcoin on their website.

On another note, i've put a bitcoin accepted here on my london wedding videos website Smiley

We again recover from above 550 level, 540 level is really very strong support. We tried many times and always recover from that level.

Yeah, seemed a lot easier when it touched $590... I guess it's more like... frozen pudding or something. Bounced right off that thing. But even the best rocket needs to stop on its trip to the moon in order to re-fill!

Bigger markets than bitcoin are also on the move.  Big money is distracted.  Give it time.

If they can't seem to decide on where to put their money, why not put it in Bitcoin? Guaranteed bubbles every year or so, beautiful pictures of trains, rockets, moons... It's the dream!

Bears are looking weak. They are having to pull their ask walls in order to dump and keep price down where as the Bulls seem to have fiat even on the sidelines buying in. Once the Bears run dry of coins, whatever plan they had is doomed.

Suffering from bulltard blindness syndrome  Huh

Umm... Doesn't that drop of the red line mean the asks went down? And the rise of the green mean that the bids grew?

Edit: also, I was looking at the bids and asks live, not some chart that spans days lol

So ISDA have been asked to rule on whether Argentina have defaulted on debt payments,
The last time Argentina defaulted (2001) their currency dropped in value by 70%, - how many Argentines want bitcoin today?
