Fascinating legal argument.

Wikipedia has lots of info on contract law. Looks generalized. State law could change analysis. But still interesting nonetheless.

2500 Market buy followed by a 2500 market buy [both exactly 2500] with its unfilled bids set on 145.

Er, I suppose its easier to say.. 5k order to 145, 3.3k filled; 1.7k as bid.

Nothing about the price, up or down, will surprise me in the next week. Could get really nutty when/if ask sum goes below 40k.

Yup. Actually it looks like exactly 2500 again. So, someone just bought 7500 coins.

Wouldn't surprise me if Coinlab hasn't shelled the money elsewhere, given their propensity to not set up real websites...

Was watching this myself.  These were added as well, they were not brought up from another bid level.

Yes I was just thinking this. Market shows resistance to +$145 but bid/sum is climbing to the point where if we go into a rally the top could come off.

I have not heard of Gox having problems processing non-USD withdrawals, then why is Gox (much) higher in
those currencies as well?

They also failed to process any of my EUR and CHF withdrawals.
