As a sixth affirmative defense to the Complaint and to each cause of action, Defendants allege that Defendants were induced to enter into the Agreement by virtue of mistake. Fascinating legal argument.

Fascinating legal argument. Wikipedia has lots of info on contract law. Looks generalized. State law could change analysis. But still interesting nonetheless. Section on mistakes: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mistake_(contract_law) *edit* wtf@ my link not working. Can't include last parens for whatever reason. Just select it and copy/paste.

2500 Market buy followed by a 2500 market buy [both exactly 2500] with its unfilled bids set on 145.
Er, I suppose its easier to say.. 5k order to 145, 3.3k filled; 1.7k as bid.

Nothing about the price, up or down, will surprise me in the next week. Could get really nutty when/if ask sum goes below 40k.

Wouldn't surprise me if Coinlab hasn't shelled the money elsewhere, given their propensity to not set up real websites...

I have not heard of Gox having problems processing non-USD withdrawals, then why is Gox (much) higher in those currencies as well?

They also failed to process any of my EUR and CHF withdrawals.
