Bitcoin's going great...

But what the hell is happening with altcoins? Roll Eyes Can't we follow the old rule? When bitcoin goes up, alts go up too? Cry
People converting altcoins to btc to get more bitcoin gold, i think.
How does that work? Holders of clonecoin get another kind of clonecoin?

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Does anyone even know someone who is going to buy Bitcoin Gold?
I can't believe it can maintain any reasonable price with all the people waiting to dump.

I believe in the technology and everything btc stands for. The huge rise in value is a major benefit and reward for my stance. HAPPY DAYS

Is that an ATL for BCH .0665?  If there's any real belief left in that fork I'd expect to see a big bounce incoming but I'm not so sure of that.  Any further sustained loss of BCH should be telling.   Bitcoin= Nam..Nam.. Nam... Next fork please!

This is a total market washout. I don't envy alt holders.
BCH down to 6%, XMR back down to .018. If I was a younger man I might get in on the action.

Thank you, this also helps.  I see the correlation between GPU, CPU and ASIC better now and understand that the GPU route leads to ASIC manufacturing for which will get monopolized and is already what we have.
A fully distributed and secure network sounds to me as easy as the concept of perpetual motion.

Not entirely.  There are indications that Moore's law has run its course.  Die shrinks much below 5nm will be very slow in coming.  Once fabs are up to speed producing commodity chips against the shrink wall price and availability of competitive hardware will even out.

Personally I'm wanting something in a 4u RS310 form factor that draws about 14A at the wall...say hello to my new electric furnace.

I'll be incredibly impressed if the guy that won MicGoosens guess the ATH contest wins the second contest!  Even if he doesn't, damn does he have a solid chance at it, the way things are going right now.

Kudos to you BikerLeszlo (sorry if I spelled that wrong)

We'll need to anoint him as King of Bitcoin Shocked

All hardware is not long of this world, due to the nature of difficulty and hardware increases.

So yes #'s per joule. But also include, time to break even.

Must get the money back before obseliteism kicks in. Old miners are now just expensive heaters.

I haven't even cashed in most of my clonecoins. Just couldn't be bothered messing with my cold wallets. Was a pretty penny too, but meh.

I believe in it in the same way I believe in air.

I use bitcoin all the time for real world purposes. There is nothing to not believe.
