It can´t be.
I just said 100 Bitcoins, and nobody has anything to say ? I´ll lay myself to die then.
This forum is fkd up ! !

Wait, i´ll convert that back into my currency:  WTF ? ?

Nobody is interested in your private feud with Poloniex.

Exchanges mean trouble. We all know.

Oh, there!   You work for Polo ! ! !   "Wekkel". Let that sink in.   "Wekkel"

"Wekkel"  "Wekkel"  "Wekkel".  Guys, don´t forget "Wekkel".

He´s propably the one, who stole from me !

I´m going to hunt you down, i have your IP now. Getting closer ! And i´m in (early) retirement, meaning i have as much time as i want !

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Pop! Is that right?
No. Wait. Boom! It's boom, isn't it? I'm sorry, I'm obviously new here. Don't have the lingo down yet.

It is boom tho. I think. Isn't it?

So, small techie question. I'm on vacation and wanting to sell a bit of coin I picked up somewhere below 6k, but there is no way I'm doing that over some random hotel connection. I'm currently connected on my laptop, through my phone which is acting as a hotspot, on a danish mobile plan that works in most of the world. How safe would it be to access kraken this way, compared to a regular computer over a normal house connection?

It will be similar (in terms of security) as if you had your laptop connected to your home's Wi-Fi. I don't think you need to worry about accessing Kraken by using your phone as a hotspot. I've done the same thing in various countries using various mobile operators (while roaming).

If you trust your laptop, all is good.

Oh no. This is not a thing we are doing. We are not turning that into a long running meme.

You know, something pretty funny happened and I wanna share that.

Something like 5 months ago, I got a serious accident leading to months of hospitalization (that's not the funny part). After few months of reeducation and re insertion in normal life, I came back on the forum just to see. And I oppened my bitcoin wallets, just to see too.
When I last seen the price, it was around 2000$/2500$
And now I get back out of the hospital, after doing NOTHING in months, and I never earn so much money in bitcoin. I have about 2 btc so in those 5 months I earned 5000$; I never managed to do that before in btc. I'm a poor trader, gambling means losing...

Moral of the story: don't do anything, just wait and earn money.

Good. The more people hoping for the price to fall, the less likely it will happen Smiley

@JayJuanGee, don't you dare think about gaying this thread up right now, with all this mostly-sideways action over the last 24 hours.

If we tank again, I'm gonna hunt you down.  Kiss

We have a good thing going lately...

Nobody is going to hunt anybody down, i´m just sour. It was free coins anyway .
But we should take the opportunity to name the exchanges we trust.
Obviously, poloniex is last, just want to get the word out there, but theres others, who put the forks in their pockets straight away:

My Number One is "Bitstamp", they have been hacked like every exchange has been hacked before, but they stood up like no one, and i can send Dollars or Euros without Limits.

Number two is "Bittrex" (a bit "asian")

Number three is "Kraken" (slow, but straight)

I must say, Bitfinex never faulted me also, so far, so good, i moved 100dreds of Bitcoins through them, never a problem, but that could change on a wimp.

Just stay away from Poloniex ! Did i mention that ?

Gemini has just low Volume, but i´m looking into it.

Thanks for letting us know about Poloniex. I read your earlier message too, with the gory details... I opened an account with them a few weeks ago, but haven't completed the KYC procedure yet. Now I'm not sure I want to...

Sorry to hear about your accident, the price has flown up. Don’t sell though, you need to HODL for a number of years, the price will soar after the next halving.

Bitstamp  is solid.

Kraken reputable but their system is slow as hell.

Poloniex 5 weeks later still trying to verify my documents. Gonna give up on them.
