Something big must be brewing on the horizon, because the MSM is up to their old "Bitcoin negative/fear articles" campaign. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/10/12/coinbase-users-slam-new-customer-service-phone-support.htmlThe Richardsons could not call Coinbase for help because when the account takeover happened in July, the company only offered email support. A CNBC investigation in August found thousands of customers’ accounts were hacked and they were left hanging by the company, according to government records and interviews. The message is clear: Average Joes, stay away from Bitcoin! And stay away from brokers like Coinbase, because you'll get hacked and all your bitcoin will be gone, and no one will help you if you do!

So, in Lightning Node news, I've somehow landed my node at position #13 on the "BOS Score" list. I think this a "Haha holy shit what have I done?!" sort of good situation. Not sure. https://cheeserobot.org/bos/listI think it is impressive that you have done it, as I believe longevity of the node is one of the factors (though it's very mysterious), and this version of your node is new. I wish i knew what my old node was... it was much larger but I am not sure as well connected as my current node. My current node was better off before I started adding lots of new channels, so I ALSO think channel longevity is a factor. So, that said, something about your node is really hitting the metrics. Another, similar resource: https://terminal.lightning.engineering/ You're on that one too!

Question: What happens when prices closes above a prior ATH monthly close?
Beauty is in the eyes of the chart beholder yeeha! Now let me be pessimist and say it's "only" going to be a 300% buoy. That's still >$165000. And that's somehow not crazy, even if S2F is a remarkably modest top of 135000. So, in Lightning Node news, I've somehow landed my node at position #13 on the "BOS Score" list.

Hm? Are they lying? Does Crypto mean bitcoin? or some combination of coins that includes bitcoin and some various shitcoins that they consider to be part of some kind of a hybrid and smarter than anyone else package of investments?

Payments giant Stripe is building a Bitcoin and crypto team.In a job listing posted recently on Stripe’s website, the company is adding four new positions with the title “Staff Engineer, Crypto.” Guillaume Poncin, Head of Engineering Crypto at Stripe, announced he is building a team of engineers and designers to integrate “crypto” into their platform.
“We hear a growing need from developers and users in that space for better building blocks to accept payments, move funds, exchange between fiat and crypto,” the job listing states. “By focusing on these problems and needs, we aim to build faster, more trustworthy, and higher quality crypto-enabled experiences.”
----
Stripe originally started accepting bitcoin back in 2014 but was later halted in 2018 due to transaction confirmation times and fees on the main chain. Since then we’ve seen the Lightning Network scale up and make Bitcoin viable as a means of exchange. Bitcoin can now be used as a means of payment without the long confirmation times and high fees — transactions can now be settled instantly for virtually no fees.
