What will be some good altcoins to invest in after the BTC rush is over? Have to be prepared. I've heard RPC (rusty pipe coin) is pretty good. Contact Bawb for details.

just sold a piece for 60k
Last night I sold a small sliver of my BTC stack at some $59,500. Taking profits is not a bad thing for essentially any investment that has had a sharp price run-up. OK, my timing is not great, I have known and mentioned that here many times. * * * The problem I have with being "All-Inn" with just BTC is that there are unknown risks out there ("Black Swans"). Most (not all of course) of my thinking follows that of most of W.O. But with Black Swans (by definition not knowable), there really are unknown risks. Unknown risks are why I diversify. That said, I agree with Saylor (and the band of warriors here at W.O.) that BTC is likely (note word "likely") the Apex Asset. But, you never know...: "The Ten Thousand Things rise and fall without cease" -- Lao Tse EDIT: just saw BTC price cross $61,000. "Shoulda sold that slice this morning" Ah well, I did write that my timing is not the best... That's just the ol yin-yang thing. You start to build trust, doubt arises proportionally. it's your higher self (bull) that balances your decision against your frightful ego (bear). The goal is not to stay strong, it's to stay alert, confident and balanced in your decisions. As of "black swans", i'd recommend you to not even dare to think into that too much. Just consider black swans as fate and go ahead. The next black swan can as well be an asteroid wiping out earth or a massive radio/solar storm killing electronics on at least one half of the planet. EDIT: The essence of Lao Tse's teachings is to accept.

I don't understand why any long term holders are selling at these levels. The rocket is just igniting and weve already been at this level this year.

What will be some good altcoins to invest in after the BTC rush is over? Have to be prepared. Got one for you: DogPoopCoin DPC. Currently rated #7849 on Coinmarketcap. Guaranteed to pump hard when Elon Musk's neighbour's daughter's flatmate's stepdad lets his new puppy out for the first time tomorrow and tweets about it. Only 47,000,000,000,000,000,000 tokens have been issued to the public and the inflation rate is only 7% per annum. The other 53,000,000,000,000,000,000 tokens are for the hardworking inventors. Get in now whilst you can!

it's ok to take a minor piece off the stack if you actually have a good use for the money. EDIT: Even if unlikely, if i wake up to a new ATH tomorrow, i wouldn't be too surprised. But then the real fireworks are starting...

.... this is hilarious, after more than a century of fractional reserve banking where most bank accounts held less than 10% reserves the "regulators" are suddenly all about enforcing full reserve banking for digital stablecoin accounts ... roll on Full Reserve Banking, the way of the future ... not to mention that while the corrupt CFTC has been watching gold and silver commodity markets have turned into the farce of having less than 1% physical reserves backing the massive pile of paper derivative promises issued in the markets the CFTC 'regulates'

Not excited at all. ETFs are allowed by SEC so that the powers that be can sell something they don't have (bitcoin) by pledging something they have in unlimited amount through the $$$ printing press. By creating unlimited amounts of paper gold they controlled the price of gold. They'll attempt to do the same with bitcoin! Fiat is dying, and if they can artificially suppress the price of BTC in the meantime, that just gives us more time to stack cheap sats. That's the way. I remember reading "we're still so early" more often recently on twatter. 2017 all over again? I honestly don't think right here is "so, so early", maybe like 2003-2004 in the Internet time frame. Those who say we are in the first inning are probably incorrect..in feels like the bottom of the 3rd . Not easy to know, while we are in the process of this matter in terms of where we are at exactly, which partly depends upon where we are going... Once we get to where we are going, then it would likely become more apparent where we were at (including where we are at, right now). Oh by the way, there is one possible location in terms of BTC price and another possible location in terms of adoption, so where we are at could end up being different for each of those ways of measuring. speak for ur lil selfie, Willy. I have enough.

.... it feels a bit more like Oct 2013 tbh ... we're not in the middle of the disgusting chain war FUD storm, transaction spamming, etc ... the system is running quite smoothly with lightning wallets and 3rd party custody on-boarding millions of people per week without too many glitches it appears ... 288k is not that unrealistic at around 5x from here but could be more
