I don't get this whale.

If he's trying to protect a long position, wouldn't it make more sense to paint the bid book with walls for a while? Maybe let the little fish do some of the protecting in front of you? Instead he adds 5k to the losing position in market buys...

There are multiple bear & bull trolls / sock puppets.
It's not hard to detect.
Newbies don't usually know much about the ins & outs of BTC.
If somebody comes straight into this thread with low activity preaching about cheap coins or btc is dead it's pretty obvious.

Hey, tarmi. How many newbie posts in the last 3 pages? One? Two? How many in the last seven? Exactly.

Going down below 260. Just some crazy buyer.

That's my take on this...

It would be more convincing if it wasn't based on swaps. But could someone be hogging all the swaps in order to keep weak hands from worsening their positions?
Someone trying to keep the ship afloat? Yes, definitely. Did anyone catch how many days this $2m long was active for? I missed that part.

Could it be a whale going long with swaps before fiat transfer clears?

Bitcoin is never over. It has just begun. We have seen much better and much worse prices. We live another day to say "what a ride". And to see the next peaks and valleys.

no

edit can't lie, being overly bullish on the forums has, and continues to, cloud my judgment.

Yeah, I'm still waiting to see what was Loaded referring to last weekend. Was it this whole dump? Or are some big (positive) news about to come to light?
