Good morning Bitcoinland.
Still scrapping over $280 I see. As sideways as it gets.
The last few weekends have seen movements. Will this one be dead flat?

I think the market is still trying to decipher this cryptic message from BTC-e:

Back from the beach. Price flat. Longs/shorts not doing much. Right off for a cycle. Beach? Thought you were from Birmingham mate? Yeah price flatlining atm. Pretty dull but this is a long game, we're in this for years. No rush for huge price surges, sideways = still opportunity to keep accumulating. I'm going to a party in an hour or so. Bitcoin can take a back seat until tomorrow

They were selling for way above the market rate last week but I haven't heard how much they are selling for since the Grexit fears subsided. Somebody from Greece quoted a very high figure last week and I'm interested in hearing if it's still the same.

To be honest you wouldn't know anything was afoot if you didn't turn on the tv. What is amazing is how democracy has just been ignored here. There should have been revolution.

This looks like a bargain for spending some bitcoin in Greece. I wonder if they will take bitcoin? http://www.privateislandsonline.com/islands/isle-of-gaiaName: Isle of Gaia Region: Greece, Europe Location: Echinades Group, Ionian Sea Development: Partially Developed Title: Freehold Type: Private Island Price: USD 4,637,438 convert Status: For Sale Size: 43.00 Acres / 17.40 HA

Also the current conversion rate is not favorable for doing real estate deals. I'm waiting for at least prices exceeding $100,000/btc before I start shopping for islands. 40 - 50 bitcoins for that spot sounds reasonable.
