Gvt of the world will not willingly convert to BTC. They will do it because their economy will eventually crumble and BTC will be the only safe asset left.

There are several people talking about big events happening in mid September/October (other than Octoberfest).

This one focusing on the "Shimitah" which is a jewish date that happens every 7 years where major things are supposed to happen. And this September is the 7th 7 year date in the cycle.

Also for October there is a theory that a new reserve currency will be announced October 20th by the IMF.

Certain industries were booming in 2008 right before the crash. Uncannily, certain industries are again booming to their highest levels since 2008. Usually a boom precedes a crash and it makes me wonder if there will be another soon.

I don't argue if BTC will moon or not but it's possible role as a world reserve currency.

BTC MAYBE be SOMEDAY a part of the SDR which WILL be soon THE world reserve currency.

1.  A government does not have to willing convert to BTC with their fiat system.  Add a law bada bing bada boom, and they tax your Bitcoins.

And the guys who run the nakamoto institute are a bunch of young kids who have not experienced real life yet.

I do think some countries will skip the SDR bit and go straight for BTC though. Companies definitely will.

Now about that push back over $300.........   How about by the end of the weekend?

I don't want to break the $300 barrier if we're just going to get dumped on again, I'd rather consolidate in the high $280's for a while before the next significant push up.

Gemini will be a "fully regulated, fully compliant" exchange with major fiat backing (Winklevoss twins) They also have a major stake in Bitcoin with a reported 1-2 percent of there assets in BTC.

The Twins seem serious and motivated to "Make Bitcoin bigger then Facebook".

If sombody will make BTC "Mainstream" it will be them.
