First real volume in weeks I see, and it's a $10 dumpdown.

Enough to get the trolls 'n' sox worked up to the lather point.

I immediately stuffed a couple of grand into my wallet to go buy a few more coins, then realized my neighborhood 4% fee BTC ATM is only open Monday-Friday. Since Decentral actually raised it's ATM fees to 9% this is a deal-breaker.

Hopefully these cheap prices will last until Monday morning. Why do these things always seem to happen on weekends or when I'm out of town? Sigh.

BTW, for those who expressed concern, it seems I've beaten the pneumonia. Went to the hospital for a follow-up on Thursday and was given a clean bill of health.

I think many people had stop losses in the $266-271, so that first dump took us to $272 then we just needed a bit more to get the stop losses triggered.

My bank forces me to use "security" questions like "what is your mother's maiden name?" As a point of principle I avoid anything easily guessible or socially-engineerable, so brain wallets probably aren't for me. But to be fair - Ryan Castellucci's estimate of a botnet taking a day to crack 8 character passwords isn't a huge concern to me. People are going to use crap passwords - at their bank, or on their brain wallet. It's a social problem.

Dont worry I plan to short the shit out of it once all the coins are on exchanges etc. There's a weird 24 hour period atm where the devs are asking to wait 24h for confirmations to be confirmed so most exchanges aren't trading it yet. Trust me when the market is operating properly it will crash.
