There has been nothing but constant selling since 317.

But... but...we were told the Greeks would be gobbling up these coins?!?!??   Roll Eyes

Yeah, if Elwar is worried about FUD: are we going to see a rerun of aug\sep 2014?

Ever since the price held over $240 for more than a week I've been happy that we're out of the bear market. I did not expect the price to rise so quickly so early, my prediction is a price rise to begin in spring of 2016.

Though I do believe the price should be sitting just over $400 right now.

I was a bit hesitant when I had several people buying bitcoins from me at $280 on localbitcoins. But I don't turn away customers so I figured I'd just bite the bullet. That money finally got to the exchange today so I'm glad the price is down.

Is that masterluc's wall? I think he's making a nice call here if it is.

We might go down to mid 240s but if you look at the charts, they are screaming for a upswing.

Is this good or bad?Huh

Jon Matonis:

""Bitcoin XT is attempting to fork the core code by propagating it through the existing nodes. I would urge Gavin and Mike Hearn to withdrawal the Bitcoin XT propagation starting today. (If Gavin and Hearn succeed) it will eventually lead to a 21 million cap change."

I think the more coins there are the more money will be put into it so we should go up?Other thoughts?

If the 21 million cap was changed we might aswell forget about bitcoin as soon as it happened.
The price would plummet & I'd actually believe people saying 'double digit coins' for once.

Changing subject - We're down to 253 USD now. Can 250 USD hold?

The 21M cap is one of the core features.  If the 21M cap ever changes, I will sell all my bitcoin and never look back at cryptocurrency ever again.  I'm willing to bet that > 90% of holders/users would do the same.

I fully expected a pullback once we got over 300 but this fall has been much much more grueling than I anticipated. It seems like we may give up all of the recent gains. Very disappointing

I think if we wan´t BTC to survive ,the true believers have to hold until 10-50$, otherwise if we would also sell now we would probably crash the thin orderbooks to 0$ which would be very bad for the public image of Bitcoin.
So HODL  Grin

I sure will, lambie!

Imo Gavin and Hearn are to blame for this. The way of dealing with this issue is the problematic and harms BTC.

God damn it! People are stupid!

Dr Lehdonvirta added increasing block size could potentially make Bitcoin less accessible.

"Downloading the whole blockchain is already such an effort that most people choose not to run Bitcoin on their computers," he said.

"This would put Bitcoin on a trajectory where that problem is exaggerated."

Blame for what?

For the PR desaster that is unfolding at the moment and that could cause harm to the adoption of BTC as much as Goxfart did.

For sabotaging bitcoin.

You do realise that Gavin has been cashing out his btc and buying stocks instead!

So hilarious, anyone following these two compromised tards needs to lose all their btc. These two do not have btc's best interests at heart.

It's Bitcoin. We'll probably move up because of this.
