We're down to 250, how low is this going to go?
Much lower - check 3d PSAR and you will find the answer. I am not buying above 210.

14k coins dumped...doooooom! 14k BTC were not dumped. You might want to review what the things on a chart mean. Was there a time when it was no bear trap? Come on guys...for sure there are more never ending paroles!

There is a lot of drama at the moment. We wanted movement and we've got it. Just the wrong way.

So are blocks easier to find on Bitcoin XT?
should I start mining with my PC?
there both mining the same chain, I think it's set to be like that for like a year or so? then finally the block limit will increase on XT and the split will happen. The conditions for fork are 1) after January 11th 2016 2) 75% of blocks carrying XT flag sustained for over 2 weeks. So we could see XT take over as soon as 5 months down the road. Right now, 11.2% of nodes have switched over to XT. Once that gets over 50% more miners will jump on board and there should be a snowball effect.

And don't forget the most important permabull rule: A falling price is also bullish! What leads to next rule: A bear market is bullish!

I predict the mother of all crashes coming if they do more "stress testing" now that the fork issue is also coming to a headline near you.

Normally a market got depressed by a shitload of shorts till it reaches a price level where the demand is so extraordinary high that the lasting and new shorts got burned. Still no double digits in sight?

When are they going to start stress testing again? I heard it would vaguely be sometime in September but is there anything more specific than that yet like a date? I don't want to have my payments stuck in limbo for days like during the last test, but I also don't want to start paying higher fees until absolutely the last minute.

Yep, that entire drama candle could almost be chalked up to longs closing and shorts adding, for a about a $3 drop. Not saying that was the bottom, we are far from seeing a conclusion on the max_blocksize argument, but longs adding while shorts closed would have been a much uglier scenario.

thank you Gavin for losing me money Why Gavin? Is he holding your private keys and selling your stash or what? If not you meann the people who are selling their coins. It's their decision to sell if they want. And it's also their decision if they choose to run another client. This is how open source and free market works.
