Placing a bunch of strategically thought limit orders before going to bed do wonders. I love the smell of closed limit orders in the morning.

yeah, I don't have access to that sort of fancy pants exchange any more, since Kraken abruptly dropped my jurisdiction...I get to execute real time market orders, that's it.    Sad

Bitshares, one of the decentralized p2p exchanges, allows you to place limit orders. Of course, you'd have to trust USD-Tether or bitUSD or whichever fiat system you use. I've experimented with the system with small quantities and it seems to be working all right so far.

There's also Bitsquare (which I have not used) or Ripple's desktop gateway.

Don't underestimate the value of meeting chicks by playing. At my age if I hit on women 20 years my junior, I'd be a dirty old man. If they hit on me, I'm a cool old guy.

Some young chicks are totally into older guys.

Ever read The Game by Neil Strauss? That shit is real.

EDIT: "Game" can be learned, although it does take time and effort. Like learning a language. Try lovesystems.com  -- that stuff is not a gimmick. Perhaps ironically, you're learning how to communicate and represent yourself and what you want more honestly than your parents or teachers or priests or counselors will ever do.

where are those?
some of them are just gold-diggers, I surmise.
or, maybe, they also consider older guys "safer"?
women's heart is an enigma.

Some will be gold-diggers for sure.  But some will be tired of younger men who haven't yet really grown up.  With an older man you know he's fed up of the shit too.  There's a good chance he's figured out that he isn't immortal and that chasing the skirt with the sexiest legs isn't going to bring long-term fulfilment.  Older men have generally learned to appreciate intelligent, independent women that they can actually hold a conversation with and they've figured out that the sexy bombshells tend to have no more to offer than their looks.

And some women just find bald men sexy  Grin

Just sayin'  Wink

The world is hungry for bitcoins. Very hungry! Every bitcoin during dips will be snapped up immediately.

becoin, 3rd party segcoin is not the coin the world will be hungry for, as the poor will be priced out with huge tx fees.

Bitcoin isn't controlled by anyone.

The most enthusiastic fan of Vitalik's coin is now criticizing bitcoin for being controlled by a third party. I'm so confused by you, Pumpy... lol

Even with my high net worth I bought an 1800 dollar car. Cars are bad investments unless you are trying to get some sort of business clients by displaying your wealth so that they will invest their money in you. Or to get a mate.

Between about 2001 and 2010, I had a really decent income, and I continued to drive pretty inexpensive cars; however, in 2010, I had some mechanical problems with my inexpensive car, and I decided to buy a luxury car.  Wow.  That brought me a lot of happiness to get the bluetooth built in and the keyless entry and the smooth ride.. and sure it depreciated a lot in value, but I have owned the 2010 car for nearly 8 years now.. so there is some value in that.  Of course, now, you could buy some 8 year old car that has a lot of built in technology, too... and makes your life much nicer... you don't have to buy it new.. or buying a 3 year old car can take away quite a bit of that depreciation concern.. sure it is not going to go up in value and sure it is going to continue to depreciate (at a lower rate) , but frequently there can be a lot of utility in having some nice stuff, and it is not merely about impressing other people but bringing a certain amount of comfort and good feeling to yourself.

why dont you just admit, you prefer a 3rd party controlling btc as long as it makes you profit.lol
You wonder why...ill tell you, because if this isnt stopped then, 6months ,1yr ltr the rules will change for all of us, the fees will go up.
All btc wallet holders all exchanges will have to go by rules & prices set up by a for profit company (blockstream and btc leader samson mow)
they have already censored r/bitcoin, next it will be the tx on btc...
but as usual im one of the first to notice( eth $1, xrp 1cent)
and the rest will realise ltr what im saying...for many it will be to late.

Stop whining, Pumpy! I've warned ya to sell the eth fork and the bankcoin (aka ripple) for profit while you can. Now go and troll the BCH forums.

While anyone can setup a second layer on bitcoin -and make money on it-, very few could run a bigblock node "for free".
That's where your bigblocktardness fails.

But, to open or close a channel in LN, you should not make a transition in the bitcoin blockchain?
It seems to me that if everyone wants to adopt bitcoin, LN is not enough.

And that's the reason a blocksize increase WILL be needed. Noone can deny that, it's only the timing, the size of blocksize increase and the process to implement it what is on the table.
