I thought the reason for the rise in price was that people were buying more?

$1M usd disappeared today from the order book. We may see cheap coins soon mmm didnt it occur to you that the usual weekend dip was not really a dip and it held well? i predict 130 this week well... 125.4 today... I wasn't THAT off!!! who knows.. maybe by Sunday we can still hit $130 I doubt it due to the weekend dips but who knows... We could see $130 today.

hello everybody
as I am very busy lately I can't follow developments so, one question;
is there any known reasons for this rise in price?
1) WebMoney adopts bitcoin 2) PayPal founders get into bitcoin 3) Return to upward trend before Dwolla news came out, we were at $119 testing 120 back then. 4) Bitcoin conference And probably more reasons I'm not thinking about right now. This morning, Bart Chilton of the Commodity Futures Trading Commision said, about Bitcoin, quote:
"They don't exist. And I didn't want to regulate them. I didn't want to put the government's stamp of approval on Bitcoin."

He probably means they don't physically exist like paper and metal.
