If SilkRoad == down and Bitcoin price == up
does it mean that SilkRoad == up, Bitcoin price == down?

no when the SR selloff happened poeple realized SR wasnt that big a deal and all this talk about it was good pub. for bitcoin.
 if SR gose back up bitcoin will go up some more too.

I'd say it's neutral now. Bitcoin proved that it can exist without SR and do very well.
As for illegal activity payment methods... 10% of all US dollars in circulation circulate in that shady area.
