Good morning from Europe. Smiley
I see the madness continues. Let Euphoria begin! Yee-ha!
Looks like my smaller limit orders were not placed high enough over-night, and I woke up after that retraction went up again.
I think we'll re-test 300 again today (Bitstamp), so Ii am not panic-buying back in yet.
Oh, and a larger chunk of my funds will go to cold storage today. I'll ton be able to trade over the week-end, which is a pity. *Shrug* The next consolidation level will be well over 300 in any case, so I am still having "cheap coins". Smiley

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
{"result":"success","return":{"lag":1697178900192,"lag_secs":1697178.900192,"lag_text":"19 days 15 hours 26 minutes","length":"81"}}

They have stated they had issues with link to DB server hence the proposed hardware maintenance to resolve the random lag values, but it has not been  resolved 'fully' AFAIK.

https://www.mtgox.com/press_release_20131011.html

As we have announced yesterday on October 10th, we had made server maintenance that was aimed at fixing the issues we had with our database which was causing it to lag (occasionally) for up to 10~15 minutes at a time (causing the site to be down for that duration).

"Due to more frequent issues with our database, and as the 10Gbps adapter on our old server started having problems (random packet loss, etc), we deemed it necessary to implement the new infrastructure and organized this emergency maintenance."

I swear my theory is they match off the best ones for themselves and slow down the queue. Thats what I suspected in April, best way to obsfiscate it is with lag.

Goxxed again, classic.
That's a lot of work in Excel Smiley

Bitstamp seems to be under DDOS. Looks like someone's trying to gum things up on purpose?

Good that law enforcement does their job efficiently.

(Utterly lamentable that substances are outlawed, creating an oppressed situation for mankind, leading to victimless crimes and criminals, more law enforcement and more oppression)

In free market you change your shop if it doesn't please you. We are not in a free market, but you can still change to bitstamp.

Best to keep some action in multiple exchanges for the sake of redundancy. Getting Stamped or Goxed, but never Stamped, Goxed, and Btc-e'd at the same time

...about 19 mil bid. and 14k for sale. I don't think this counts those who have cash or coins, but are not putting them up for sale.
