Monero with its opaque blockchain. You don't know who stealth mined in huge quantities and you trust that there isnt an exploit or bug allowing someone to mint any quantity of XMR they like. You don't have a richlist. You can't analyise the blockchain at all, You assume its all good. Yay. Monero. Its name even means something in esperanto. And it has a wallet now

Yep, lacks Masternodes too... Oh noes!

OK, the slow death of Dash must be painful, but the best solution is surely to get out while you still can rather than lash out against another coin for simply being... better?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Among top ten crypto-currencies (by market-cap), bitcoin still seems the most decentralized.

% of supply owned by the top 100 accounts, standouts:
- Bitcoin 19%
- Ethereum 35%
- Ripple 98%
- Bitcoin Cash 25%
- Stellar 95%
- IOTA 62%
- NEO 70%

Source: https://arewedecentralizedyet.com/

Gotta get rid of my Stellars for sure.
nice data

I am a player in crypto world.
I am an actor/actress in real world.
Many years later, I will have made many transactions in blockchains which are stored in many computers.
Many years later, I will lie in a grave which locates in somewhere.

Wow, I didn't expect Bitcoins wealth distribution to be that good relative to the other coins. Im not sure if this is too accurate of a number though, many whales have their coins spread out over multiple wallets. But eh, what can you do. Now if only we could get mining more decentralized...

Dash with 14% is the more decentralized, but have less nodes.

Many years later, I will lie in a grave which locates in somewhere.

By the time I'm ready to shuffle off this mortal coil, I'm hoping BTC will have appreciated in price enough, that I can have my corpse shot into space, to be cremated by flying directly into our Sun.

Hook up with Elon, and he will help you to make it happen, including a likely bit of publicity too.

I'm pretty sure Boblawblaw's got quite a few good years left in him.  No need to rush into anything... especially with Musk.  He'd surely want a large government grant, some tax incentives as well as a left nut for such a stunt.

In other news, the people of Hawaii just don't fkn get it. When mother nature gets a rollin', she ain't gonna stop until she reaps major havoc first. It doesn't just end in a week or two because humans think it should.

Little known fact: The people of Pompeii had weeks, months of warning *exactly* like what is happening now on on Hawaii's Big Island.

GTFO now, people.

Yes, it's a privacy coin that's actually private, unlike DASH - the Bcash of privacy coins.

Why do I have this awful feeling like we're going below $9k again...

I blame Bill Gates.

Asshole.

Why do people pay attention to those old people? Bill gates almost missed the Internet, now he is going to miss blockchain and crypto.

Look at this nobel prize winner, one more genius.

+1 WOsMerit's for all the post's on the last page.
You guys are so eloquent. Kinda puts me to shame with my feeble attempts. You are not in the minority kurious...not at all.

Nothing terribly new..just a few things that indicate upwards movement soonish. I expect to see a lot of those upward diagonal accumulation bands as the year progresses. #dyor
Broken support at .236 fib but this might just be a dip into liquidity.
Well..lets see where we stop..thinking $8.85k but I am slightly intoxicated

thanks jojo for the feedback.

Sometimes the things listed on craigslist is amazing...
Never got a response and the ad was pulled shortly after, but this is a slightly redacted email that I sent out when that Falcon9 did a wet landing in Feb.

I hope to have the Dome completed near the base of Olympus Mons by then Bob. Your welcome to a plot of if you like..or going back to stardust is not a bad way really..your choice.
By time I get all this organized I will most likely be to frail to make the trip..fml. Still want to be buried on Mars though.
Well into my cup at this point..think I will see you all tomorrow.

After reading this, I did a search for a song I remembered from years ago which I thought was by Depeche Mode (or Martin Gore) called "Never Turn Your Back on Mother Earth".  I didn't realize it was originally sung by Twiggy ('er a Russell Mael from the band Sparks) à la Edith Piaf singing La Vie En Rose.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=haf5s0b--zw

I ended up going down the rabbit hole on this one and it turns out that Russel Mael doesn't even have a French accent!  Non, je ne regrette rien.

Hitler's government was the people.

That's why I hate all Germans. Why did the German people send so many people away to extermination camps? Why German people? Why?!?

Same for Americans. Why are the American people always deciding we need war in the Middle East? Why American people?

Why do the American people keep pushing the Federal Reserve Note down our throats?

Yes, there are examples of governments gone awry... that does not mean that we can just abandon such apparatus for all purposes, especially when it comes to having rules regarding certain resources that are scarce  or shared or to keep in check abuses that seem quite likely to take place through an anarchic or a libertarian system.. and further, we already have multitudes of systems of governments, so we can complain all that we want about governments being BAAAAAAaaaadddd... , yet most practical solutions are likely to come through incrementalism rather than pure abandonment.. and perhaps bitcoin will play some role towards positive people empowerment.  Perhaps?

Whether or not implementing a more libertarian system gradually or not is not the question.

Saying that government is the people is a tool used to put blame upon the people that elected these fools as if to imply all people in that country support that government. Or to imply that the people merely have to raise their voices and the government will comply. A significant portion of the people didn't like what their government was doing back in the late 1800s and decided to opt out, only to have several hundred thousand men killed as a result.

Only a few hundred people in the US actually elect our president. They are more to blame than "the people" for his actions. A minority of people actually voted for those electors. They are more to blame than the people.

When the government acts by a different morality than the people, then the government cannot possibly be the people. No person can steal from someone else under the guise of being helpful. No person can murder innocent people under the guise of "protecting freedom". No person can kidnap people and put them in a cage under the guise of "justice". The people cannot do these things, only the government can get away with it. Thus, governments are not the people.

Kinda confused on the terminology seems others are as well. When the price goes up but the indicator sas its getting weaker this is a “bullish” or “bearish” “divergence”? I understand the indicator is what you follow, but some people call it bullish when it’s down on the indicator and bearish when it’s up.

Kinda confusing cuz a bullish divergence is bearish but a bearish divergence is bullish?

This site says its bullish if the indicator is going up with price down and visa versa: https://www.babypips.com/learn/forex/divergence-cheat-sheet

I think the confusion is with weather it’s “hidden”or not.
