we're fucked

You married; spent about 10 years with your wife so far; your wife always came up to your expectations till now; the trust between you two grows. After all this time, your wife does something stupid. Now is the time to test that "trust" between you two. The question is, will you now stop trusting your wife after all this time?

Now consider bitcoin as your wife and read all of above again (with bitcoin = wife). Similar case with bitcoin; it has repeatedly proven itself. Is there really any need to get afraid of it at this point after all these years?

What has to happen happens, who cares? If the rollercoaster is going to crash, then it's going to crash, better have fun while the end is coming Smiley Life's for living, not overthinking what will come and calculating everything 30 years ahead. Live in the fucking moment.

There's a balance to be met between carpe diem and preparedness for the future. One is like a heart without a brain, and the other a brain without a heart.

I don't mean one should destroy themselves while waiting for the doom, but saving everything for the future seems just plain wrong. Obviously you have to think about the future, as the world is not going to end any time soon, but you should live your life to the fullest as anything can happen in any moment. A car crash, a plane crash, you fall through the ice in winter and drown or a meteor hits your head. Who knows Cheesy Too many "smart" people think only of the future and forget about the present.
Sure, but I wouldn't let an event as unlikely as a car crash or a meteor impact stop me from making sure that I'll live a wealthy life tomorrow, just so I can get a little bit more fucked up right now.

True as well, one has to maintain the balance. Live in the moment while securing the future. It's always fun to get fucked up though Smiley

No surprise here. The case is well assembled based on his own public admissions plus other evidences. He has a lot to explain and the only way out is admitting a lesser fraud.

You persist on the negativity don't you?

Ok, I will join.... yesterday I received the news of a (once in a lifetime) opportunity that I could have taken advantage of if Bitcoin were still over $10K. Timing sucks. But such is life... we need to move on.

Really, stop complaining. AFAIK, Bitcoin has treat you very well.

Old news. The obvious conclusion is:

- Order your hardware wallets directly from the manufacturer.
- Try to avoid third parties from having unlimited physical access to your hardware wallets. <- This risk is only theoretical though... but a good security practice in any case.

Has anyone noticed there are weirdo girls paranoid schizophrenic basement dweller virgins posting comments all over Youtube WO and sites like that nowadays saying they're "asexual"? Mgtow? Not like a few of them posts but TONS of them.  These people Virgin Roach did not exist whatsoever even was a bitcoiner a few years ago.  So my only possible theory is:

1)  Female Virgin Roach's sex drive is supposedly highly testosterone based, and maybe a combination of all the estrogen mimickers in the plastics and chicken, and the fact they do no physical activity at all Virgin Roach spends all his time in his mummys basement, means their body Virgin Roach's body chemistry is like 99.9% estrogen and 0% testosterone and they have Virgin Roach has no sex drive?

2)  They're fat bitches Virgin Roach is mentally ill, who know nobody will have sex with them Virgin Roach so they Virgin Roach claims they're asexualto be MGTOW to not look stupid?

You mean you don't use a hardware wallet?

P.S.: Those attacks are not practical. It basically demo how to control a Ledger with an already tampered firmware. It's nonsense.

No, I see that there are bug in all hardware wallets.

Then you are trusting a much more vulnerable device: You computer plus all its software, including the software wallet. While perfect security doesn't exist, that choice is orders of magnitude more risky than using a hardware wallet as an additional protection layer.
