Some of them have dicks.
There is something deeply wrong with a culture that thinks trannies are normal.
That's one of the reasons I always avoid a vacation in Thailand. I don't like to see trannies everywhere especially when I am trying to empty my head. I don't hate them I just don't wanna to see them I guess I have that right don't I. I mean I can look somewhere else right? And if they are everywhere then its my right to not go there. I never understood what is so fun about about Thailand neither. Maybe because it is cheap as fuck to have sex with little kids. Disgusting. The food is amazing. In my opinion, literally the best in the world. I hope to be proven wrong once I explore south america, but so far nothing compares. Also, cheap.

You mean Thai foods? I am more into Indian and Chinese. I am a man of simple tastes. Food is very easy. I like roasted chicken, grilled fish, beef, bacon etc you got the idea. As long as it is meat, I am in. I can't imagine a better food than what I told you above so visiting Thailand only for food is not a valid reason for me.

People like Thailand because they don't know any better.
They go there for : -the food. Yes it's cheap but personally I don't care for it. -the girls. They're not that attractive in my opinion. Transexuals are easy to spot, they're much more exuberant. -the partying. Cheap and everywhere. Used to be better though. -the beaches. Beautiful but way too crowded now. Stupid tourists ruined it. -the cheap hotels -kids ? I honestly don't know. Heard bad stories but never seen any weird stuff. -the massages and I'm talking about real ones. You can get a 1 hour foot massage anywhere for cheap. Pretty relaxing when you've been walking all day.
All in all, Thailand used to be much cheaper. Stupid tourists ruined it, accepting to pay much more for things than their real value. I like Thailand, it's ok but there are much better places to visit. I guess it depends what you're looking for.

I never understood what is so fun about about Thailand neither. Maybe because it is cheap as fuck to have sex with little kids. Disgusting. I've been to Thailand 2x times, been there with or without a girlfriend, never really cared about the sex industry (yes, I have experienced it whilst single in my first couple of trips, but it's more like, meh). If you want a prostitute, go to Germany or Amsterdam. The trannies thing is overrated, there are many, yes, but most of them stay in the sex tourism areas, where I normally keep out of, I do go there sometimes for shock-tourism, when a friend visits me with family for example and they haven't seen much of the world. If you keep away from the sex tourism areas (Pattaya; some areas in Bangkok; Patong, Kata, Kamala in Phuket) you will have no trouble. There are some girlybars elsewhere too obviously but nothing stands out and won't disturb you. I normally go there to let some steam out and by that I mean riding a motorcycle. Thailand (by my opinion) is one of the best places in the world to do so. You have good roads and as much as I don't want to admit this, you can speed as much as you want, never seen or heard anyone getting a speeding ticket over there. I know it's dangerous and wrong but what can you do, I guess I'm an adrenaline junkie. You can rent really good bikes for cheap and drive them around the country. And if you have any trouble with the police a fairly small amount of THB will help you out. The nature is unbelievably beautiful at some spots and the cuisine was already mentioned here, really diverse and there's something for everyone (I guess). And Thai people are generally good, again, this applies to places away from tourist spots, I've never been ripped of or scammed over there, which has happened more than once in Europe (by Europeans).

Looks like some cognitive dissonance there. Well, this one time I had to go to 7-11 after I had a few beers, took a small scooter and drove slowly. Drove straight into a police checkpoint and had to take a breathalyser test which came out positive. Some bahts helped me out there, instead of going to the station, getting filed and a much bigger fine + a mark in the register. Things like this. Doesn't seem to be a cognitive dissonance where I see it. It's much easier for a tourist to pay it off than being a local. I don't see this as being scammed or ripped off.

https://ocean.builders/first-seastead-has-been-set-up-in-international-waters/Ocean Builders has built a spar design seastead over the past several months which consists of a large steel cylinder that sits vertically in the water with a fiberglass platform sitting atop the spar which acts as the living space. The spar was placed into the water on January 3rd and the platform placed in the water a week later in preparation for this event. maybe not the best question, but elwar? what are you seastead guy's are doing when the sea gets very restless/high waves/hurricane/tsunami etc...? cause the units are not looking very stable and a little bit on the small side? just a question out of intrest and cause i'm very low known with all of the seastead living. I'm wondering how you go on a beer run, also semi serious what do you do with trash? Beer run is about 12 nautical miles to the closest 7-11 (this is Thailand, I am sure a 7-11 will pop up here any minute. Maybe 3). Just had our first visitor yesterday. He brought a case of beer and left with our trash. We polute landfills responsibly like everyone else. As for major storms, hurricanes, tsunamis... The highest waves all year might reach 2 meters in the roughest storms. 10 year high is upwards of 4 meters and the 100 year freak wave rating here is 5 meters. We are able to take a 5 meter wave and would likely get a wet kitchen floor but that's it. There are no hurricanes here and as far as tsunamis which killed thousands of people here about 15 years ago...we are the safest place to be. We would just rise with the swell and go back down without really noticing. Meanwhile everything on the coast gets wiped out. The whole seastead is able to raise and lower with the press of a few buttons. About a 2 meter range. We are sitting pretty low because the seas are calm this time of year. Worst waves this month are around .5 meters. Thailand huh? How are the girls there? They fans of Bitcoin and the Sea? They are fans of western men. And they want to be a woman...not a man (unlike in the west). If you don't want to see trannies, avoid any leftist female in the US. Either way, your bitcoin goes a long way here.
