Plan B stroke another good one! But there is more: what if the more mainstream adoption and the presence of more "institutional money", more keen to "efficient markets" (à la Fama) drives up the markets in anticipations of the halving and the subsequent stock to flow reduction? Price used to rise sharply after the halvening, reacting to this and not actually anticipating it. What if this time is different? Link to TweetI don't like to comment too much in the current price of BTC, but the sentiment is turning more and more bullish, and I think this kind of analysis is perfectly consistent with an anticipation of the halvening. Market doesn't like discontinuities, and so tends to anticipate drastic moves or changes in the protocol. If had could move a critic to Satoshi for his whitepaper, I would say the choice of discrete halvening is not optimal, while a more smooth reduction of coinbase would have been better implementation, at a cost of a slightly less trivial implementation.

I vastly prefer can-do women with skillz. If I was saddled with some simpering bimbette panicking about the state of her nails I'd wrap my hand around the back of her head, slam her face in a cake and go find the nearest bus driveress to mount instead.

It probably means that we should slow down a bit, otherwise 20k (or 35K at most) is pretty much a limit (for now) at MM around 4.0 (8.0 at the historical max) .

is that drums? drums in the LTC deeps?
they're all at it even eth got a sympathy tympani pump Haha. Before the tympani, the sunrise trumpet. Preceded yet by the unsettling double basses, contrabassoons, and organ (heh heh - he said organ - heh) laying a foundation for the fanfare to come. Yet beware - the tympani come only at the climactic peak. Accompanied by shattered bones driven aloft.

The market, as you say, is optimistic, but there will be correction as always from the maximum, where is the maximum? Well, my forecast is that we're going to get to 10,000 and then we'll see what happens, obviously I can be wrong, but that's the next trip. As for PlanB, I like your presentations, but as you comment, there are many variables at play.

a new ATH would be nice before the halvening, between 30k and 70k after that a crash down and then a new rise after the halvening. Adoption is rising and big players are getting into the game. Infrastructure is being buildt and me might get an ETF this year. Things are set up for a new wave of adaption. The price looks quite parabolic but yet not too steep, so things are looking quite good. Nobody knows, i can just say it feels like it going to do something that nobody is expecting
That scenario is very unlikely, and undesirable IMO. When that sort of parabolic rise ends, another crypto winter is more likely than anything else. Not necessarily. See the double-pump of 2013 for counterexample. Do I think such scenario likely? No, but I wouldn't deny the possibility.

Are you tired of those who predict Bitcoin's collapse and death every time its dollar value decreases by 1%? By looking only at the yearly lowest dollar value you'll see that Bitcoin is always more expensive in a given year than in the previous year. On average, its dollar value increases (at least) 325% p.a. on average (2010 - 2018). Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TMygwWv4dc

do we have WO residents participating in whalepool telegram chat? we can make a telegram group too.. you know.. to make the arrangements for the 100k party. My vote goes to make it in Cayman Islands. I stand by my vote of Vegas (in summer). The place was basically built from scratch to host the $100K summit/party. I’m up for that. Been three times a loved it every single time. Never been but I think I need to start a W/O Twitte, get the BAT acceptance on it, have everyone donate their free BAT from brave convert it to BTC and put it in a publicly known address and use it as a beer/liquor fund for the party or we could divy it out back to the W/O members. (It wouldn't be much though fair warning.) When 600watt was working on the $1K party, the admission was 1 BTC. This to cover venue, consumables, security, hostesses, travel from airport, etc. Essentially, an 'all-in' price. I might suggest that the $100K party might be similarly funded. Though one full Bitcoin seems a rather steep price.

I can only imagine what kind of debauchery/indulgence could be organized in Vegas for 100k a nose during a 1-2 day party "Hangover" is not even close.
