the bitcoin main server actually runs on mac. thats why no one expected it to virus. clearly someone set us up the virus. now all our bitcoin are belong to them :/
That makes a lot on sense. I'm expecting the iBitcoin app in iOS 8.

This week has demonstrated how one man, who owns a badly run exchange but has a good PR team, can do massive damage to BTC.
I wouldn't call blaming the "product" (Gox only exists because Bitcoin exists) for your companies failures "good PR". That little trick is going to cement Gox's demise, IMO.

So, MtSux didn’t die. Again.
On the contrary, it seems to have stabilized somewhat. The movers and shakers found the level where they want the price to be?
The two western exchanges and Huobi have been trading in a relatively narrow range for the last three hours or so. I take this to mean that the panic is over, at least temporarily. There doesn’t appear to be a second shoe to drop.
We remain relatively static for a while. Sideways until some set of events make it possible to trade with confidence.
Note: Free is worth what you pay for it.

* Syke checks his wallet. Yup, it's all still there. Not a single satoshi missing. What damage?

In unrelated matters. I found this article in the press section and I would strongly recommend it. It's quite long but very thorough (and for those who insist in such terminology, bullish). http://thenextweb.com/insider/2014/02/15/bitcoin-platform-currency/1/I'm proposing everyone who signs up should read it.

Honestly the orderbook still looks like ----. There was over 15,000BTC in bids 300+ yesterday. That formed less than 24hrs after the 5k dump that brought it to $300 in the first place. Today, at a low of $220.. only 5k in bids have popped up.. and its nearly 24 hours since the low... and the low is 30% lower. Terrrrrrible!
