That was the first minor resistance according to W.O. price predictions. Bitcoin then reached W.O. major resistance between 10.750 and under 11k. After that bitcoin dropped to 6400 usd. After that btc went from 6400 to 10.400 again, it reached again that price of the 2nd september  when he made his prediction for 28.000 usd. So that was literally the max price on the day he predicted. After that bitcoin crashed to 3700 usd. That was his Max price, maximum price by Max Keiser.   Whales like to troll sometimes.

Bitcoin price dynamics and direction are much more complicated than what any one person or group of people proclaim it to be, and I continue to have difficulties understanding how there could be a narrow set of effects on BTC price in these times as bitcoin's liquidity continues to grow, including more and more entering of BIGGER and BIGGER players.  

Bitcoin is much more grown up than a narrow set of explanations for its price moves.  Recently, have you been conspiring with torque, perhaps?

Yeah, we saw a lot of interesting and sudden logic defying BTC price movements through out late 2019 including a 12 hour spike of about $3k from $7,200 to $10,200 on October 25, and then a subsequent one month draw down that brought the BTC price even lower than, $7,200 (down to $6,500-ish), and surely then our decent BTC price performance in early 2020 that brought BTC prices to $10,500 by early February and with the BIG fall of around 50% in a day to $3,850 on March 12.  

Largely recovery since March 12, with a decent amount of bouncing between $8,500 and $10k and trying to figure out which way we might be going from here.. at least, likely more of a short term question rather than a longer term question.. though opinions will vary.  

Neither max keiser nor his supposed trolls had anything to do with these late 2019 or early 2020 BTC price movements, or lack thereof (such as lack of going to $28k).  That is pure distraction to suggest such narrow causations in BTC price performance (and perhaps even misinformation) when members come up with such lame-ass and narrow proclamations for BTC's price movements or lack of movements in these short term time-frames.

Those countries that imposed wearing face masks on their population in certain area's (public transport for example), together with social distancing and washing hands on a regular basis
are also those countries that successfully mitigated the corona virus outbreak (they bend the curve down). Those are the countries that are now slowly and in a controlled manner re-opening
their countries (EU, China, others).

Those countries that were least active or inconsistent with above mentioned protection measurements are noticing the consequences of that right now : increased number of infections,
increased number of deaths and a curve that is spiraling out of control, overtaxing their health system . Those countries (USA, Brazil, Russia, others) will soon find themselves isolated from the rest of the world
(if not already).

Personally i rather live in a country where i can be fined for not wearing a face mask and i can be forced into social distancing, while at the same time that country is giving good feedback to its population about the virus outbreak and showing progress in controlling the virus. Together with the understanding that these are just temporary safety / public health related measurements, until either a vaccine has been created or
the virus is under complete control. Then live in a country that provides more personal freedom, but is not engaged in fighting the virus on a government / federal level and is spiraling out of control with regards to
containing and controlling the virus and is spreading misinformation about that.

Following up to your above post, Lucius, perhaps Croatia was amongst the earlier (not the first, as you had said in a couple of your other posts) countries to really get into expanding bitcoin offerings through its post offices.

I just noticed that Daniel91 started such thread on the topic of the Croatian post office offerings in July 2019.  Initially it appears that the offer was only in one post office, and they would buy bitcoin and 4 other cryptos (aka shitcoins) with a 4% fee.  I noticed that you have a few posts in that thread too, Lucius.

Danial updated the status in January by asserting that bitcoin offerings in Croatia post offices had expanded - even though it started out as a kind of pilot project.  There was a notice that issued in mid-December that described that the expansion had gone to expanding the selling of bitcoin and the four other cryptos and expanded from 3 post offices to 55 post offices, and there seems to be some plans that the ability to buy (also) will be added at a later date, soon.^tm  You could translate this article to English.

Yes, of course
In the beginning it was just a pilot project and this service was available only in the 3 local post offices in Zadar.
Now, this service, crypto exchange, is available in all main post offices in Croatia, in every city in the country.
Great news for us, crypto lovers  

For sure Croatia was not the first with such service, some other EU countries have similar even in 2017. They start as pilot project, and then expand to 55 post offices throughout the country. It is also true that there is also plan to add buy option, but for now there is only option for sell. Of course this service requires the customer to be identified at the point of sale, but the people behind the project have stated that they are working to make it completely anonymous for some smaller amounts (500 HRK -> about 70 EUR).

But since there is a completely anonymous way of buying / selling (BitcoinStore), this with post offices is not very popular for now. Also recently, another new player has emerged, a private money changer In Kapital.

When it comes to translating articles, Google Translate does a pretty good job -> Croatian Post is becoming a cryptocurrency exchange office, the service is being introduced in 55 offices throughout Croatia.
