Just in case it was a bad meme keeping him away, I'll make him feel a little better by posting worse.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Hey @Last of the V8s, are you ok?
11 days without WO?

Maybe he was embarrassed from posting such a bad meme.

Don't you guys know nuttin?

Just a couple of days ago, he said he would be gone for some weeks or maybe some months...

It was a cover story after having realized he posted quite possibly the weakest meme I've seen in at least a few days.

Here's an interesting website that compares some mobile wallets, and it has some other great informational links too in terms of comparing nodes, information about lighting network, information about coinjoin, debunking bitcoin myths, basic bitcoin information, reference to bitcoin articles and other educational bitcoin-related information.

https://www.bitcoinqna.com/mobilewalletcompare

I cannot recall if the website has ever been posted in these here parts... likely it has, but I cannot remember.

On another note, here is some great memery.. for those of you who might appreciate pro-bitcoin talking dogs (ones who don't even like doge coin).

I was just thinking...
Nice seeing lots of new faces migrating to the wob.
OG'S  be on your best behaviour. (yeah, that's a memo to myself too.)
I do believe in the coming months/years  this thread is going to become the main goto
for all the new folks piling in as Bitcoin and this thread continues its epic journey.

Actually I think this is the best thread on the forum, as it combines news, predictions, fun and even aspects of personal life.

I was reading it for a long time before commenting for the first time.  But, yes, if the price explodes, I think there may be an explosion of new commentators here. I suppose it was harder to be here during the bear market these past years.

Definitely a good place to keep up with what's going on.  The lack of trolls this season is a new development though.  Not that I mind!   Grin

Hmm, Bitcoin stopped appreciating in price, shitcoins going stupid nuts. This often means a correction in the entire market is coming.

Bitcoin 20% correction (shitcoins will probably be 40%) before bouncing to go on and break the ATH??

Get ready to buy the dip.

I feel that bears will be testing 18000 again.

By testing, do you mean like 1 hour ago, and 6 hours ago?  Or do you mean bomb it, destroy it from above?

$18400 has been remarkably popular these last days.  We keep returning, quickly.

OK, it's Altcoin season again.

That's why Bitcoin is a bit stale in the last few days.

Shouldn't take too long before Altcoins get dumped again and the money flows back into Bitcoin ;-)
