I just listened to the mandarin translation of "bitcoin".
It sounds like it's pronounced "bee cua bee" ? Is that right?

There are 93 dialects of Mandarin so it might sound like "cua" in some of them but it's pronounced like the "t" in "touch" http://www.standardmandarin.com/chinese-phrase/bitcoin Also the two "bee" are pronounced differently. The first bǐ uses the 3rd tone and the second bì uses the 4th tone. If you don't use those tones, you likely wont be understood. If you go to that link, click on the buttons under "syllable level playback" to hear the tones. Yeah I'm not that interested in the exact pronunciation, more like in general just curious what Chinese people say to each other when referring to bitcoin. "Bee cua bee" sounds dumb. I hope they say something much cooler.  |

That would be interesting, my expectation is that a lot of people are expecting a peak in december (for 2017-reasons). If they sell then and miss out on another 3 months of bull market that's going to mess with some people's expectations. |
