Well I think world will condemn Russian but with "words" only... Europe can't afford any war... USA might force NATO nations but what happened in Iraq/Afghanistan no one can trust US's true intension anymore. Same applies to China, world will surely condemn but war against Russia is off the sheet. Putin surely took China and his allies in confidence before taking steps.
