I'm sure BTC will rise again but with especially Europe starting to feel the pinch with increased energy costs now and only set to get much worse over the next 6-8 months I think we could be in for a very dark time again.

€300 average monthly gas bills for those in The Netherlands I have heard already. We still have to experience that in the UK soon.
Pretty heavy and will only be reflected in other things also.

Our leaders really fucked this one up big time.

 

Eventually you would have thought this would actually be reflected IN the BTC price, since it is a store of energy also as Michael Saylor pointed out, but I fear initially many people will be selling first rather than still hodling.

I don't think Ukraine is going to win. Its last promised counter-offence in August so far hasn't materialised.

Point is not who will win the war. Point is that the the donations are being used for war. But I think these should be used for aid, not for weapons.

That's so true about banks.

It reminds me of an incident that took place in Beirut Lebanon 2 weeks ago. A man named Bassam al-Sheikh Hussein entered the bank and took hostage the staff. He did not do that to rob the bank but to release his deposits worth 200,000$ which were frozen by Bank after the country's 2019 financial implosion.
