Watched the first episode of House of Dragons, it exceeds my expectations.

Graphics, paced lore, dialogues, actors, character building, dragons and details are all top notch.

It feels authentic to return to Westeros like this especially for a GoT spin-off, i'm ready for this ride all over again.

Wow, I'm waiting to see the first episode with someone, something like a movie night with some wine and pop corns, I hate that we will have to wait every week for new episodes to be released , the suspense is not going to be easy to contain.

Yes, they are rotated after 5 to 10 mins on 180 degrees, so every side gets the heat. Traditionally the sticks carrying chicken are placed on ground surrounding the fire.
Best taste comes on wooden fire (coals), though its made on gas fire also these days.
