Agreed.
If Joey Biden, Bojo Johnson and a bunch of EU morons want to play "Bad man Putin and save Ukraine"-opoly , do it with your own money, not mine!

You (and likely millions of other fellow americans) are forgetting that the tax money ceases to be "yours" the moment you send it to the IRS.

Edit:

They will give a 40% loan instantly based on the floor price of the NFT. So in April, many people took this opportunity to take loans by submitting their BAYC nft. They got 68 eths instantly. The problem is they never paid back their ETH. Right now, the floor price of BAYC came down to 69eth.  Soon It will start liquidating itself on auction, causing the nft market to collapse pretty badly.

My only comment about this: Chancellor on the brink of second bailout for banks.

Dude!!!   You've been reading too many woke pieces...    That surely is no bull.

Furthermore, I would concede that bears had been winning in recent times - however, current times seem to be a lot more ambiguous - unless we end up getting some kind of dip that starts to get close enough to challenging whether $17,593 had been the bottom.. maybe we would need to get below $19.2k?

I would also concede that dipping significantly below the 200-week moving average (down to $20,901 - which would be nearly 10% below the 200WMA), are not really comfortable price moves for BTC bulls, but still there is a decent amount of difference between 25% below the 200WMA and 10% below the 200WMA.. and ongoing questions regarding whether the current bottom of $17,593 is going to be challenged or are we potentially going to resume to slow grinding UP?

Part of the challenge to consolidation does pertain to a certain level of uncertainty regarding which way the price break out is going to be, and for sure, I am not even asserting that we are out of our bear market yet, and to me, being in a bear market means that the odds for breaking down are greater than the odds for breaking up.. while at the same time, if we appreciate where we are at (which is nearly 10% below the 200WMA), there should be some ongoing acknowledgement that absent some kinds of really bad news there are going to be difficulties continuing to sustain downward breaks and even questions regarding how low can we go...

Edit: As I was typing this post, the BTC price started dippening.. and got below $21k to potentially rechallenge our current low of $20,901 from 11 hours ago.. Cry Cry Cry

What is special about $22.3k (besides maybe that you have some sell orders placed there?)?

I went inside McDonalds to do that tasty research I mentioned the other day and while I initially had no intentions of taking pictures, the eggs presented themselves so I considered it a sign and snapped a couple of clandestine photos.

This is what their folded eggs look like while still in their plastic wrapper.

And they make their scranbled eggs with this liquid egg product.

Yuck!

I used to Love C-rats, could eat them all day no prob.

I will admit that I liked them too.. I have a time in my life that I was kind of heavy into trying to gain muscle weight (bulking up), so eating a lot of seemingly dense calorie foods was part of the preferred way forward.  Also I was able to get them for pretty close to free...

When a guy is young, dumb and _____, __, ______, he may well think about the matter like this:  "can you beat free?"

I think that I get what you are saying.

I can appreciate that the difference between top and bottom does seem to be quite a bit easier to tell apart from one another

versus

the more difficult and challenging questions of telling apart the difference between bottom and fake bottom or telling apart the difference between top and fake top.

Furthermore it seems to be easier to see the difference once a certain amount of time has passed, and once we are no longer in such ambiguous places... part of the reason that I frequently gravitate around 50/50 predictions in regards to short term BTC price moves relates to some of the difficulties of knowing which way we are going, even if I feel that I have pretty decent ideas about where we are at... but then it seems that no matter what, I want to error on the side of buying on the way down and selling on the way UP.. and it may not matter so much about objectively whether we might be towards the top end of the price range or the bottom end of the price range..

For example, no matter what the BTC price, I will tell a low coiner or a no coiner, that you better get the fuck in, and you better get started, but it still is up to them regarding how aggressive to be in their BTC accumulation strategy, and they can get quite screwed for a decent amount of time if they are either too aggressive towards the top or too whimpy towards the bottom - and in that regard, it is not always easy to know where we are at, exactly (while we are there), until maybe a few years after the fact.

what you guys think of BIP300 and BIP301 ?

depends.. will they make us rich?
I'm interested in anything that can make me rich lol, this question is very important. Cheesy

Spoken like a true shitcoiner.

I'm more interested in BIPs notatether-messageverify and notatether-multisigtaproot than BIPs 300 and 301 (it's a shame how there is no discussion of them).

It's not too often that we get into any kinds of nitty-gritty debates of various BIPs in these here parts until they potentially become widely-discussed and/or potentially controversial, and for sure some BIPs get more wide-spread attention than others.

I am bit unclear about your two linked BIPs ("not bips") in terms of if they had been officially submitted as BIPs or if they are just talking points that are part of what appears to be your bitcoin blog?  Can we presume that your blog has any kind of meaningful and/or significant wide readership?.. and how about creating threads in the forum about the talking-points if you are wanting to spark bitcoin talk discussion on them?

I would think that a lot of us are going to be more comfortable having discussion about BIPs or not BIPs - to the extent that we even want to get into that level of analyzing if some changes might be helpful, if they are discussed in threads in the forum and potentially have participation from other forum members.

You have to admire honesty tho.. no one that honest irl

First of all, welcome back from where-ever posting "vacation" that you have been having.

Don't get me wrong, I am not against aspirations to improve one's lot in terms of financial prowess; however, I like to consider that we bitcoiners (gentlemen) are a wee bit moar nuanced, sophisticated and subtle in expressing our lil selfies regarding our financial goals.

So, in that regard, personally, I get a wee bit turned off (if not offended), when I read posts from WO newbies - who seem to be debasing our wannabe nuance, sophistication and/or subtlety.

In udder wurds, it seems to me that King Daddy allows us to kill two birds with one stone, in that we should be able to figure out ways to be able to balance in terms of aspiring towards decentralized immutable sound-money principles while at the same time getting richie as fuckedy as a side benefit, and we do not even need to appear base or greedy while going down that path (even if we happen to be greedy and/or base on the inside...   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy).

In udder wurds, we can be privileged to take a humble path forward in our accumulation and HODL of BTC and not to rush our goals, and likely at the same time, being a bit aggressive will also pay off, so long as we are not overly aggressive...

DYOR - YMMV

Even Franklin's fans here in this thread  Tongue

Who's Franklin?

Is he in the room with us right now?

Are you talking about Ben Franklin, Willis?

You better snap the fuck back into it, JSRAW...!!!!!   Angry Angry Angry Angry

Have you lost your way?   You still know about dee way of dee cornz no?  Have you been shitcoining?

How are the class of 2021 feeling?

I am thinking that it would be a wee bit retarded for anyone entering into bitcoin in 2021 to presume that they would be profitable at this point in time, whether they entered at low or high price points in 2021.

Bitcoin 101 - there are no guarantees in bitcoinlandia.. even if there may well be (there are) decently good odds that bitcoin is an asymmetrical bet to the UPside in the long run 4-10 years or longer.

We can look at bitcoin's historical price charts and NOT only see bitcoin's historical price volatility, but even if we have any logic in our wee lil noggin (apart from guys who think like Elon Musk), we should not be presuming automatic profits - even though surely there are guys (or would it be gamblers?) who think like that.

I can appreciate that the difference between top and bottom does seem to be quite a bit easier to tell apart from one another
