How much is SecondMarket scooping up?

There is a guy monitoring them here.

EDIT: they now have 104'000 BTC, buying is erratic. Was 60'000 in November, 80'000 in February.

I don't want to jinx it here...but if we manage to recover from the drop quickly we could be looking at another "Silk Road" cash scenario.

At the time people thought the Silk Road was the cornerstone of the bitcoin economy as well.

edit : I do realize that we were in a bit stronger uptrend at the time of the SR crash.

It would be awesome if Huobi can't be funded anymore. It wouldn't cause completely fucking panic as China completely banning Bitcoin would and the volume will be near 0. Bitstamp will stop following China. Perfect solution.

Yes that was nice and ironic and people who dumped were crying pretty hard at the time.

Wonder how this would reflect on mining business if the news they want to stop mining hardware transactions too are true. They are top in that department too.

I think we'll be testing 450's again. This is pretty much where it should end.

I dont think 450 is strong enough to hold this back. fundamentally, and technically. next stop is likely 400, that will give a good fight. much more price history there, and a fib retracement of the impulsive wave.

Shorted at $480 and picked them up at $460. 10 coins only. Not playing China's game again.

We have a new 3-day low.  That's not so bullish.  Unfortunate.

Im not sure what you mean by that, yesterday we visited 486 on stamp, not seen that again. BTC china is in a contracting range/wedge. The bullrun is losing momentum but the bias is not bearish.

You answered yourself with your last sentence.  If we can make a new 3-day low once, we can make it again pretty easily.  The next major line of support is at 472.50.  If we breach that we're in bear territory, with the next major supports at 454, 400, and 355.50.  If we bounce off 472.50 and break above 515, that would be a pretty good bull sign.

Between 472.50 and 515 is no-man's land.  We float with no conviction in either direction.

We edge closer and closer to 472.50.  I expect to find some support there.  If we break through, we will head down quickly and finally reach capitulation.  If we remain above 472.50, I expect more boring drift.

We have breached 472.50.  If we continue lower, the next major supports are at 454, 400, and 355.50.
