Did ya'll notice Trump Jr. tweeting "buy the dip" just before the major dump last week, also tweeted "hodl" at the beginning of the current dump?
Seems to be a good reverse indicator for daytraders.

We have now retraced the entire move up and even lower
Was thinking the same thing, how is he doing?

Al that insider trading/advice from US presidential family members is not really good for the industry imho.

Markets are trembling for lots of reasons. I still see a drop down to 70k as very possible in the current environment. But who knows what could happen all it takes is a tweet and boom everything changes.

That would be a bad idea. There's no Russia without China, and it would also be valued as high treason, to my understandings.
The Trumpeter has some decent ideas, but you can clearly see that he is thinking about consequences in a positive way, though we will see things backfire at all the fields that Trump claims to put  the US ahead of, in comparison to the rest of the world. His actions may well make the USA to degrade into the DSA (Divided States of America), at worst. I still think he may piss off the Reps so bad, that they will take care of him. There's definitely too much destruction going on right now.
We can only dream about how this will turn out, almost everything is possible.

i see a lot of negative comments about bitcoin lately. there are too many people in panic mode. i keep seeing questions like, "are we in a bear market?" "is this the end?" if you’re thinking this way, i want you to stop and reflect for a moment. how many times has bitcoin surprised us? how many times have we heard people say, "it’s over" or "don’t waste your time" just because they didn’t believe in it?

bitcoin hasn’t just surprised and proven people wrong a couple of times—it has done so repeatedly, forcing skeptics to swallow their words. those who doubted it in the past now regret not buying or panic-selling at the wrong time. while those who saw bitcoin as a get-rich-quick scheme have struggled with it, the ones who ignored the comparisons to endlessly printed fiat currencies like the usd have always managed to make better financial decisions.

guys, i’m telling you, i believe in bitcoin so much that even if everything i’ve saved becomes 10 times less valuable one day, i’ll still be proud. this isn’t a gamble, it’s not a get-rich-quick scheme—it’s a change. and i want to be part of that change. if it fails, i’d rather see my money disappear as part of a revolution than sit in a currency that’s endlessly printed without backing. i can accept that.

there will always be those who are impatient, chasing quick profits. but in the long run, the real winners are the ones who truly understand what bitcoin stands for. patience over panic, knowledge over fear, conviction over doubt.

bitcoin is here to stay. what matters is that we stay with it.

So it appears that the rumor is Trump is going to eliminate capital gains tax on crypto this Friday. I’ll believe it when I see it, but that would be one hell of a gift. If the market can get back to new highs with the states and a strategic reserve buying plan things will get extremely exciting in a hurry.

Would definitely be nice. And justified in my opinion. The market doesn't seem to agree though.

They are going to agree when Trump does it.

That's why an economic imbalance lead to such correction

It seems all but a done deal at this point. I’m expecting a formal announcement on Friday and then hopefully it can pass the necessary votes to become reality. This along with a nice Bitcoin pump on the establishment of a strategic reserve might be enough to get me to sell some Bitcoin and diversify my portfolio a bit so I can stack harder on the next cycle.

Oh, and by the way, even if 1/3 saved ended up being a large amount, there are a lot of guys who spent a lot of their saved coins at various points along the way, and yeah it is not so easy to be spending coins when sleeping so much, but people do sometimes buy things and have living expenses too. .including that some folks might be spending extra to show that they have a new car in their parking lot every 2-3 years rather than being a wee bit ostentation.. don't you get that ostentatious feeling from vapourminer... when you really ponder over his inability to stick with eggs in his Ramen when everyone was doing eggs. . back in the days when eggs used to be great?

Even though sometimes like to present hypotheticals, I will say that I am not completely innocent when it comes to seemingly probing into the circumstances of other guys.

Between I also got a new car 1199cc (delivered to me on Feb 13, 2025) and that was not after 2-3 years but after selling my car that was 16 years old. To me it's better to update things with time. Your Bitcoins are of no use if you can't spend them to upgrade your living standard rather you see them going high while sitting in your wallet all the time. 

It's just me personal opinion and I know in advance that you will differ with it

The market has been shook by the tariffs news not the Trump fed cryptocurrency community a nothing-burger news. I do not think Trump understands that the consumer will be the one footing the bill, in the end everyday stuff is going to get expensive for every American....

edit: Either way, the dip is only waiting to be bought back up. Either people are going to greedily buy up the cheap coins (as usual) or get shaky hands and start selling and then later buy up the entire thing anyway.
