You are not going to be Hero on November 1 its need time because 480 is requirement for this and you are well short of this

While that's true, it's mostly based on a large amount of reports with a decent accuracy rate. There are plenty of extremely active people of the Legendary rank who aren't staff, but know the forum rules very well, because they just don't report often/a moderator isn't needed in the section they specialize in.

No, you get 14 activity points every two week period. You will get another 14 on the 30th and then you will have 56 total.

Scammer tag was removed. I don't know whether it will be implemented in new forum. -ve trust won't reset. The user who put -ve trust should remove it, to decrease -ve trust or to make it neutral.

It's very unlikely scammer tags will be ever be coming back. They were removed fairly recently for good reason. We don't need them anymore as the community policies itself with feedbacks and trust. And no, negative trust does not 'reset'. It can only be removed by the person who left it.
