The spreadsheet is correct. I said before that it started at 03:26 PM (yesterday) but your last post yesterday was at 05:03:35 AM and that's why your activity didn't increase until after you posted above. I think you might have misunderstood my post.

Yes I've misunderstood it , now, it seems clearer to me. What I understand is: It is the first message posted once the (new) activity period starts, that triggers the activity update. Thanks for bearing with me .

What you quoted is for the wait times between posts, but as for activity you can only get 14 activity points every fortnight. You wont be able to get another 14 until the 11th.

You will become a Full Member once you reach an activity of 120. Activity is increased by a maximum of 14 every 2 weeks. Your activity is 84, you need at least three more activity periods (6 weeks) to get more than 120.

If you get the max for the current period, you'll have 98 once the next period starts.
If you get the max after that, you'll have 112 once the following period starts.
And then you'll need 8 activity points to reach 120, those points will be added to your activity once the following period starts.

So, you can expect a rank change starting from November the 8th, 2016 at 15:46:40 UTC (according to the activity spreadsheet found in this thread).

Why don't you just actually spend a bit of time to search or reading this thread? It's been explained hundreds of times:

For activity you can only get 14 activity points every fortnight.

You won't be able to get another 14 until Tuesday.

True.  But you're not saying that it should be decreased now are you?  I don't think it should.  Having a lower rank (e.g Supporter) would be fine though.

You can always donate smaller amount if you want.  However you won't get the donator rank.

I think that must have been when 10 bitcoin was no big deal, because at the rate it is now, I don't see any member willingly parting with that much. I think a review is highly necessary to reflect the present state of things. Would be good to know if any member have actually made this donation till this moment.

They did make it back when BTC wasnt big. however they likely see no reason to change it. they probably have more then enough and the current donators will likely be upset if they lower it because they paid that high of an amount.

Theymos gave the donators an assurance that the amount (in bitcoin) won't be changed, so he is just sticking to that.

Can some quickly explain to me what activity = (time *14, posts) means? Specifically what the comma represnets. Reading the comments above I think the idea is you can get a max of 14 activity every 2 week periods?

I've made 6 posts today and it's been over 2 weeks since I last made my last post, but my activity hasn't updated? Maybe I've got it wrong. Appreciate a response, thanks!

Edit - my bad, it's updated now. Read that it can take an hour or whatever to update.
