Yep! as far as I know, each post or thread counts as 1 activity point and you can only a max of 14 activity points for every 2 weeks.

I noticed you joined more than a month ago, if only you were active all these days, you'd have 48activity points by and would be a Jr. Member.

It's all clear to me now. I was confused as to when I'd be a junior member. This answers my question. It's only been 3 days since I've signed up and my activity is already 14. Guess I'd have to just wait for another two weeks (and more) to finally rank up.
