Is there any way to tell how many users are Bitcoin experts (book icons by their username) - - and how many users are Bitcoin-Qt core developers (Bitcoin icon by their username) - ?

Legendary: Activity: the Legendary membergroup has no universal activity requirement. You are guaranteed to become Legendary somewhere between 775 and 1030 activity, but the exact point in this range at which you become Legendary is random per user.
Is there a way to check which is the random number generated in my particular case on which my status will change to Legendary? I see quite a few members with mid-800 activity being Legendary, yet I have not seen a Hero member with more than 900 count. There are a few members who achieved legendary status only after crossing 1000 activity. You can get an idea here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1226681.0

AFAIK the only way to tell exactly is by having theymos tell you. There is an outdated list here if you're interested.

Activity count will updated in an hour (if your account has potential rank), but your activity will increase once in 2 weeks.

Well you know correctly. There's a spreadsheet containing every activity period here (taken from this thread).

Activity count will updated in an hour (if your account has potential rank), but your activity will increase once in 2 weeks. Not sure I understand this. So some people will get an increase in a hour? Activity is updated every hour (approximately) and not in realtime like post count. For example if you create 1 post right now and your activity increases a minute later, it won't increase again until the next hour even if your activity can still increase.

Activity count starts once you post and you will gain a maximum of 14 per two weeks. If you miss a two weeks period without posting anything then the activity will be lost (I mean you won't gain anything) , no matter when you registered .

I am sorry for the newbie question but i find this very confusing waittime = 360; if(activity >= 15) waittime = (int)(90 - activity); if(activity >= 60) waittime=(int)(34.7586 - (0.0793103 * activity)); if(activity >= 100) waittime = max((int)(14-(activity/50)), 4); Can someone explain this more clearly for me? i cant figure out the ratio and restrictions to posting, it seems as tho when i post my activity doesn't go up at all. It especially feels this way when i am posting in a particular thread leading me to believe that there are thread restrictions as well. Again i am very sorry for the misunderstanding and i greatly appreciate any help.

What you quoted is for the wait times between posts, but as for activity you can only get 14 activity points every fortnight. You wont be able to get another 14 until the 11th.

Hi, The last time my activity increased was on September the 13th, I was expecting it to increase yesterday (on September the 27th) by min(14, posts), however it didn't happen. Can anyone help me understand why? Thank you very much.

Thx for the reply (I understood 05:26 PM ), indeed it just changed. So, does this mean that each activity period begins at 05:26 PM UTC each 14 days or does it change depending on some factors? (Sorry if this info has already been provided). Thx.

So, I examined the spreadsheet(s) and for the current period it is written that it should've started (yesterday) on September the 27th at 15:26:40. How does this add up with the fact that it seems to have started (today) on September the 28th at 17:26:40 UTC?
