The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every hour.

I'm bad at math, maybe which is why I still don't get this. Will be nice if someone explains me in simple way

you can only get 14 activity per 2 week period, next activity period is on march 29 around 2pm

Thank you for this post this is actually very helpful but most especially for those who are new bitcoin. When I was new I actually do not understand this before but thanks for the seniors for they are all very helpful in every way that they can..

that's true, however "brand new"-status starts with "posts" thus it's kinda irritating for newcomers like myself to understand what "(none)" next to newbie means. at least add "Activity: (none)" there...
i think i have to shut up quickly b4 getting banned right away xD

Anyone know how to increase potential activity so it says something like potential full member.
on my account it says potential junior and I think im better than that
