Alcohol slows you down. Alcohol affects your body's responses. It slows your brain which means you are likely to have an accident. Drinking Alcohol can affect our judgment and reasoning that can cause some verbal fight. Because of grogginess it slows down are reaction and upset our sense of balance and coordination, impair our vision and hearing. And make us lose concentration and feel drowsy. So. So drink moderately cause it's not bad to drink, what is bad is over-drinking.

Not only that, alcohol has a permanent effect to the body specially the brain. I've seen so many people who are different as they age, compared to those who do not drink alcohol too much.

Maybe the wear and tear thing effects them so fast, they look older than normal people of their age. What's worst is their thinking, they are not as sharp as before.

Too much of drinking alcohol is dangerous to ourselves. It can cause loss of appetite and change a person's behavior. If a person drink too much alcohol, the good attitude can lead to bad attitude. And there's a time that you don't know what you are doing when you have drunk, you hurt someone that no one can do a bad things to you. You tried to make anything that can hurt somebody. Because of drinking alcohol, you change your good habits or attitude. It also affect your physical, social and mental health. Drinking alcohol can lead to a dangerous and more complicated disease even we need alcohol in our body but just only a little bit.

Yes it's ok for us to drink alcohol but also we need to practice our self to drink little because too much alcohol can cause but things in our self..

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

Drink8ng alcohol beverages is somehow helpful to our body because our body needs some alcohol. But do drink only sometimes and don't exceed on your alcohol consumption limit because if that happens you'll be under the influence of alcohol and somehow you'll be out of your mind.

I wouldnt say drinking is a good think because i believe been drunk can cause  brain damage. Excessive drinking can cause blackouts, memory loss and anxiety. Long-term drinking can result in permanent brain damage, serious mental health problems and alcohol dependence  or alcoholism i would nt drink too much after this information is available to me

Beer is good to some extend but like they say, too much of everything is not good.

Everything, taken into moderation is good. For example, drinking red wine at night or once a day, stimulates your metabolism. Makes you burn what you ate more hastily. Also, it helps to prevent heart attack as it good for the heart. Occassional drinking is okay for me. But the thing is, when you drink everyday particularly hard drinks, it may take toll on your liver as well. The liver's function is to detoxify the waste our body. Liver cancer, fatty liver and liver cirrhosis are just some of the diseases linked to binge drinking.

I would prefer wine to beer. Drinking red wine is good for health, up to a certain level. And these health benefits have been confirmed in various research studies taken out by the well known scientists. Beer on the other hand, is not that healthy. It contains too many calories and the net-volume of alcohol is also quite high. It may contain only 5% or 8% alcohol. But when taking the total volume in to account, this 8% can be quite a lot.

Alcohol is ok if you take it in moderation and that applies to everything else, whether it be food or things you do. Life is short so go ahead and enjoy your life. If you feel refreshed after drinking, then do it. So long as you know when its enough and you have to stop

Drinking is not entirely bad for everyone because some alcohol have good effects on the human body. What's bad is abusing the alcohol by drinking alcohol almost everyday when you like to. Alcohol when too much can get you very emotional and can affect your actions, actions that are careless and cannot be controlled perfectly.
