Are you kidding me??? Bitcoin have a huge marketcap and don't easy for x10 value in short "few months" like your said, need after few years for do that because the value of Bitcoin at now really very high, Bitcoin has x4 the base price in early this year.

Maybe right but its not impossible. After what i saw this year, with btc shooting up heaps after only a few months, i can say i only have optimistic views now for bitcoin. Its still likely that it will be years for us to grow our btcs to that but who knows. Anything can happen in btc

Basically the goal of most trader is to buy low and sell high.in a market when everyone are optimistic its really difficult to decide whether to hold or sell.i consider holding when i dont see the value i aiming for.im not looking for enourmous profit, i stick to 10-20% profit and when i feel good about the price thats the moment i hit sell, my aim is to maximized the selling price value i want instead of the catching it a the top.

A combination of hodling and trading, I think would bring a much better returns especially for a knowledgeable and experienced. Hodling till whenever, just can't be the effective way to increase ones coins at all times. The reason it seems to appeal to may is simply because it is a laziest way technology have handed us to make money.

In trading how do you know if it is time to still hold or is it the right time to sell? Do you go buy your profit margin  or actually wait for the highest possible peak?
For example if you're earning like 10% of your investment, would you just sell or would you be interested in waiting and seeing if it goes more up so you could earn more, in doing that its possible that it may go down and you then earn like 5-8%
But what is your process in this? How do you go about hold and sell timings?

For me, I'm holding my coin and wait for the right time to sell your coins. Selling my coins is that i considered the value of the bitcoin and I'm just selling the half of it and the other half is that i will going to hold it and sell in the near future because as you can observe as time goes by the price of bitcoin is getting high so u decided to follow this process.

I think it's better to hold bitcoin for a long time because their value was straightly raising up. Moreover, bitcoin now in the market is healthy and that's why I suggest to invest now before it's too late. Because when bitcoin value increase too much you cannot afford to buy bitcoin in the future. In addition I feel that digital era was coming that's why I save my bitcoin as preparation to my future.

I agree on holding bitcoin, because value of bitcoin now in the market is continues increasing. I think that after this month bitcoin price is hit my target amount of $4500, also even they hit my target price. I continue hold my bitcoin as reserved savings in case of emergency.

Well agree it is not impossible but still if you are talking about few months i think that is impossible as you can see  this past few months only the price of bitcoin doubled but not 10x so i think it will happen only for a lot of years because we all know that way back 2009 up until now the price really increases and more 10x so it takes years to do that

Yes that is also my point, it is up to owner that he have to predict the peak price, if he will miss the peak price then the loss will be his own, so try to check regularly the price graph and make your way through it, try not to miss this peak price.

Planning, strategy, risk, it all depends on you, so be smart in this game because if you want to make good profit then be gambler.

As long as I see profit I will sell. But I will only sell 70% of my holdings and hold the 30%. Im still a newbie so  Im still practicing buying and selling.

As long as you see the profit you must sell. You don’t know the next day market, may be it will keep going up or it may fall down. But still it comes the strategy that define for you either you sell or not. If you want to get huge profit at once then holding is good.

In case you want to get s specific ratio of profit from your investment then sell at rise will be preferable. Depends all on the plan you are going with.

The fact is that in reality the plan for which you are going to earn is very helpful. This is the reality so I agree with your words. If you read all of your steps completely to a minimum, then it will be easier to cope with some variants and solving problems. But if you prepare yourself for such an option, then the solution to the problem comes very quickly.

This is reason make trader should spend more time for follow the price, however still have many trader don't need do that. Because they have strategy and plans clearly for helps them take profit any time or minimize loss.

When you have achieved a big profit, it might be better to sell it. But, when we still see the possibility that bitcoin prices will keep going up, it will be very good to hold it. Well, sometimes people forget to sell the coins they have, or expect a higher price, so many people are lagging behind the high prices.

because bitcoin prices are getting more stable in my opinion I'm better off holding them and instead of getting a better profit, I spend only half the bitcoin I hold to play in gambling. But with the rest of the bitcoin I've got I'll hold it very well because confidence in bitcoin prices will continue to rise, and I prefer to hold bitcoin instead of selling it now.

It's is all about individual's judgement and perspective. Everything and anything can happen to the market so it is up to the holder if he/she should hold or sell, you should think if the gain is sufficient enough for your own good, if the gain is enough to be consider as a profit, or if the gain can satisfy your self. yes no doubt that holding bitcoin for a long time will always be a good decision. i think that if will will continue holding our bitcoin i am sure that everyone will consider it as a good decision. in fact bitcoin has still a very good potential and there are still chances that the price of bitcoin will continue increase, so we need to hold bitcoin and not to sell it right now.
