If you look at the charts Torcoin is bound to shoot back up just like Litecoin did last night. Both coins were testing support levels for nearly all of yesterday with no one buying, then last night litecoin broke free and everyone bought on the way up. No reason Torcoin shouldn't do the same. I'd get it now while it's cheap, I have.
Be careful comparing litecoin to torcoin. Litecoin has a massive market cap, millions traded daily, a community and genuine use cases. Segwit maybe one of the reasons for the run on litecoin. That's why I bought last week, not last night. Well not only litecoin but look what a lot of other altcoins did. They hovered around their 1 week lows for a day, then everyone all the sudden bought on the way up! bitcoin and eth at all time highs yesterday/last few days......early investors in these and then bandwagon jumpers is the reason for the increase in price across all cryptos......scams and all. The first direction for the paper wallet is to download it to your computer for added security. This points to a github link. Although there is https://torcoin.org/paperwallet/ however it is not recommended anyone use it. |

i compiled the OSX version and has no issues connecting. perhaps there is an issue with yr ports. or the way TOR connects. do other wallets connect ok? |

I would not be surprised to see TorCoin overtake Litecoin in the very near future. |

This article is literally nothing. There is nothing written in that article that indicates a scam. The project was forked from something else. This is done all the time. This is not news.
The founder has a lot of coins from a premine. This is true of almost all coins.They're paying people small amounts to post on twitter. Who cares? Almost every coin is doing this. Check out the Services section of this board to see coins like Ethereum and Lisk doing exactly the same thing. The article is bullshit. |

This seems like a very interesting coin. I already made some profit with it, but I'm even more excited by its long-term potential. Anonymity is valuable, and getting more rare... So I think it's a good idea to invest into cryotos that promise privacy. Time will tell which one will be the winner...
Can someone please clarify, how does Torcoin's integration with the Tor Network work exactly? When I have downloaded the Windows Wallet and am running it, am I automatically operating as a Tor node, thus helping the Tor Network? Or do I need to be mining to do this? Sorry for the noob question.
