Yeah, those SCE tier charges are brutal. I love the way they allocate 389 kw as standard tier 1 max......That is ridiculous for anyone living in SoCal. How big are your rigs that you're pulling a $2000 bill?
currently have 12 rigs at the main location; 4-5 1080Ti's each rig so my main panel is fully maxed out. Have a few more spread out other locations. Waiting for leasing agents all month. It's like pulling teeth but I've been looking for locations for the past 2 years for other businesses as well, it's just a slow process since property is expensive finding deals is not easy.

I am pretty sure the answer is 200-250w per card.. But if I plan on running 1080ti's at 70% what is there per card wattage?
Trying to figure out how many cards I can run off a Evga GC 850w/Corsair AX850 or if I should upgrade to a 1000w like a RMX 1000w.
Just got the 850w from Microcenter and I can return it within 30days. I have (2) 1080ti Founders and I am thinking if mining stays profitable I would eventually get more..
I have an Asus z270 AR which can hold up to 7 boards if I put them on risers. I doubt I would ever go higher an 4-5.. Realistically I won't go past 3, but who knows.
Thoughts?

you can do 3 cards on a 850 watter. 4 if you clock at 60-70 tdp. and once you go over 80 tdp it is pretty much wasting power.

From everything I read, the 70 tdp is the sweet spot for hash/watts and with electricity being $0.2 per kwh here in the summer.. It matters.. If mining stays around throughout the summer, after I figure out what my avg electricity bill is with the A/C, I may get someone to install solar panels on my roof..

Good afternoon, fellas! Please help me resolve the following problem: Motherboard: Asus prime z270-p Graphic cards: Gigybite GeForce gtx 1070 (x6) Problem: I launch the benchmark Nicehash, the first GPU is shown to work correctly with all algorithms, the second with only a half, the rest of GPU work only with dagger hashimoto. I have tried to reset computer anf download drivers but none of this has helped. The most surprising thing is that the very first time I have launched the benchmark 5 of 6 GPU worked perfectly. So it is obvious that all graphic cards are fine. And the problem is with something else (Nicehash itself perhaps).
Thanks in advance to those willing to help.

Going to just reinstall windows at rhis point.. cant find my windows 7 disc atm.. so here are my options Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro with Update https://imagine.microsoft.com/en-us/Catalog/Product/82or Windows Server 2016 https://imagine.microsoft.com/en-us/Catalog/Product/524I am running the following ASUS z270 AR i3 6100 (2) ASUS 1080ti FE Only other thing I can think of is sucking it up and buying a Win 10 key.. but I think I will find my win 7 when I can clean out the pod in my front yard in 2 weeks. Any help is appreciated Windows 10 works fine for mining! Download it on a another computer USB it to the system you need it in You can get the .iso files for most OS at getintopc.com. Just download EWBF make a bat like this miner --server equihash.usa.nicehash.com --user 19HD18H6LiKNEPt4paZ6B5RVkwV5Lw3vbp --pass x --port 3357 --pec REM Aorus MSI afterburner settings REM 75% tdp REM +75 core REM +300 ram REM 55 % fan manual REM Produces 730 Hash Replace with your btc wallet of choice and if you are not in the US change the server too. Can get an extra 150-200 using this over nicehash. Please note my bat file may not be perfectly tweaked as I just started myself.

I just change the server, Bitcoin address, and the program automatically will detect my hardware. It also chose itself what to mine and will essentially be Nicehash like in that regard. Including it's withdrawing policy? And will there be anything to monitor, keep in mind?

Could you do the same advice for others nvidia ? especially 1070 (and 1060 if you remember the settings for it too) ?
