It looks like the Caicedo to Chelsea transfer situation will still look complicated and given that Brighton still wants a high fee it will make the process even longer. I don't think Brighton should want such a big offer just because they are jealous of the achievements of other English teams who have managed to sell young talents for fantastic fees. Currently the DMF position is filled by Enzo Fernandez, which is not even his original position and this has hampered his performance and therefore Chelsea must immediately get a new DMF since Jorginho left for Arsenal last winter.
