Will you be able to take fiat to pay for the board?

I have some chips in batch II, (48), but getting coins to pay for the boards and delivery is not that easy.

I can do Paypal/Google and so on...

FFMG

Hi t13hydra

Not sure if you saw my post, are you able to take fiat to pay for the board?
Of course, I am still trying to get BTC but it would be easier, (for now), if I could send fiat.

Thanks

FFMG
i guess so, yes. If you really need to send fiat. Through paypal would be best.

Steve

T13,
Are you still planning to source boards or buy from Klondike (@$6 per board) and which pic will you be planning on using.

Regards
Hi,
No - the prebuilt boards cannot be put into the SMT machine to mount the chips on it. It takes ages to mount 16 chips x hundreds of boards (manually). Plus it costs a fortune. The boards will be built here in Romania.

You are still using the Klondike 16 design though, correct?

What is the role of the 2 chip prototype board?
Interesting question with an interesting answer. The 2 chip board is to test the firmware of the controller. The design could change based on BKKCoins' design, but it would still use 16 chips.

At this rate, I think we should be seeing the chips at mid to late August. I check my Avalon store account daily and all of my orders are stuck at 'sample chips shipped' or even 'processing' Sad

TL;DR: Nope. Sad

Why would they invest in developing a real, working ASIC chip, just to screw everyone over by not delivering it? (They wouldnt)

I really don't think they would ... and they are now purely middleman from the foundry so much much less work for them.

It wasnt for you since I didnt know if you are looking for chips only or boards + chips.
Also I'm looking for at least 7btc per 16chips+board.

Have you completed your estimates of what your pricing will be for everything?  I would like to add you to my table, you have been in the links for a long time, but I'm not seeing anything in the OP that shows information I would need to add you.  (at least price and speed of miner)

I have a question:
it seems we have all you need to build a first working prototype.
When will we see one?

I've just send the payment from the address, written by mueslo.
It is the same address as the one I've paid for my chips.

I can confirm that I've received the funds (tx, obviously, since BTC does not lie).
