I can not compile it on Ubuntu with libboost1.61, any ideas?
What are you trying to compile my friend? Sumo wallet the error output: [ 87%] Linking CXX executable ../../bin/sumo-wallet-rpc /tmp/ccE8FuFF.ltrans2.ltrans.o: In function `__gnu_cxx::__normal_iterator<char const*, std::__cxx11::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> > > boost::re_detail_106100::re_is_set_member<__gnu_cxx::__normal_iterator<char const*, std::__cxx11::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> > >, char, boost::regex_traits<char, boost::cpp_regex_traits<char> >, unsigned int>(__gnu_cxx::__normal_iterator<char const*, std::__cxx11::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> > >, __gnu_cxx::__normal_iterator<char const*, std::__cxx11::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> > >, boost::re_detail_106100::re_set_long<unsigned int> const*, boost::re_detail_106100::regex_data<char, boost::regex_traits<char, boost::cpp_regex_traits<char> > > const&, bool)': <artificial> .text+0x5122): undefined reference to `boost::re_detail_106100::cpp_regex_traits_implementation<char>::transform_primary(char const*, char const*) const' <artificial> .text+0x533d): undefined reference to `boost::re_detail_106100::cpp_regex_traits_implementation<char>::transform(char const*, char const*) const' collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status src/wallet/CMakeFiles/wallet_rpc_server.dir/build.make:128: recipe for target 'bin/sumo-wallet-rpc' failed Need compile correct boost version, i think. Roman indeed he needs to reinstall the dependencies but why try to compile something that is already compiled? Fan Gentoo linux may be) I remember.. KDE compiled, 24 hours and everything is ready..) Old school. Often it is right. But in this case can be neglected of course.

Cryptopia at the moment has bigger issues to address than Sumo wallet

Since there are issues with Cryptopia, is there any OTC thread?

Yeah, I said from the beginning that the coin does not need hardfork. Just need more exchangers. As a result - hardfork and the botnet will kill the coin. Not one big exchange will not add the coin. Because soon it will be half the coins - premine, 2 half - botnet. Sad. I think the coin will be traded, but the price will be not high..

I would suggest you gave a second look at the coin's emission plan

Hi, devs are contacting whattomine to list SUMO so we can use their platform to attract more miners to alleviate the botnet problem as there is no better way to tackle botnet problem than having more miners. However, since the Cryptopia's wallet is under maintaining, listing it now would cause bad reputation to SUMO as I suggested devs. So be patient for few more days and wait for the wallet's problem be fixed. As for a large amount of premined coins, we'll have to wait and see, if anything goes wrong, we'll can sell them all before dev's wallet is unlocked.

With regards to profit, I have already answered. On the contrary, if I am interested in the future of this coin, it is better to look at things realistically.

It's good to have people questioned about this coin.

Why hasn't there been any update in the github in August? Have the developer team been on vacation? I believe in this project, but low github activity could scare new potential investors. Or are devs just pushing large changes to the codebase? Are we still on target for Sub-address and Multi-signature wallet for example?

Devs are working quietly behind the scene. They have just released the easy cpu miner. The only problem is that they didn't do good at marketing. We already gave feedbacks to them to report the progress regularly so investors can check what's going on with the project. Be patient.

The main pool has a natural hash-rate of 140 KH/s with around 100 miners connected. That is more than double what it was just a few days ago. Fantastic job everyone!

SUMO integration in darknet markets would be great. I have shouted that out in some relevant reddits. If there will be some interest, I will forward them to the devs.
