When I will be holding private-keys of my funds all the times, how exactly the actual exchange will take place. In depth foreseeing, I understand such kind of exchange is possible when I meet a person with similar interests, then it means NVO works similar to a marketplace just for finding exchangers ?
No, the system is pretty simple. have you watched the Video ? it may be better then words.
So, let's say that you want to exchange Bitcoin for ethereum. You will create an order, this order will be received by the validator using safe launcher (lots of possibilities here regarding implementation), this order will be set as pending order for matching. Once it is matched, your wallet will be notified, and will create a transaction, and sign it.
The validator will receive your transaction and will check for the validity of the informations like the balance, the fees, the addresses ... once everything is ok, it will broadcast your transaction without your intervention.
The same process will happen on the other side, regarding the one who wants to sell ethereum for bitcoin.

Hello, it is due to server change and reconfiguration, DNS propagation takes time and depends on the ISPs, that's why usually they ask for up to three days for a full propagation. Everyone is working here, and the issues will be addressed.

Many big sites are shut at the moment including Kraken and Coinbase.
However, present up/downs in bitcoin world surely not going to effect NVO crowdsale. There are already many supporters of the project and it going to be a huge success.

At the right time issue has been identified. This has made everything good and an reassurance to make the platform a trustworthy. Some could have disappointed, but the delay will never decline the value of the project.
