If you want to make sure that your bitcoins are safe and secure, always go for hardware wallets or paper wallets. They are also good for long term use.

I prefer offline wallets for longterm storage. For instance I have coins I dont plan to sell for atleast 3 years. Those I keep in an offline wallet. The coins I plan to use in the next month or week. Those I keep in a mobile online wallet for convinience.

There are a number of different types of wallets that can be used to store cryptocurrency. They come in different formats, designed for different types of devices. You can even use paper storage to avoid having your currency stored in digital format at all. The three distinct categories of wallets available for storing your currency – software, hardware or paper.

This is interesting, maybe if you can provide further details about your work before? You can also maybe provide references that people can look into.

Which of the Bitcoin wallets between the Online and Offline works best?
For me, since I dont hodl bitcoin, I use online wallet just to convert altcoin to btc since there is no services in our country that renders btc to our local currency. I suggest this if what you do is like mine but if you will hodl bitcoin, offline wallet is the best pick for you.

It's more beautiful when online wallet than offline wallet is offline and the onliner wallet is fast when you need money right away you can get it offline because it's close and you will not get your money right when you need it This is because online wallets are running online so you can send money in different places to your needs.

If we are going to be biased, and only favor on just one side then what's the use of the other? What's the purpose of having these two kinds of wallets if the one is much better than the other.

So, I've come to the conclusion that, they both have their own use. Or should I say, there are things that the first one is good in some points while the second one is not good on those points and vice versa.

Simply, the online wallet is for easy access and monitoring, though it is not recommended to store a lot of amount in this kind of wallet due to hacking or lack of security. While offline wallets are best when you are storing a large amount, as you know that you are not going to have issue in worrying that it might just disappear.

I choose both. Online wallet is for daily needs and an offline wallet for savings.

Bitcoin is one of the booming electronic coin companies in the whole cryptocurrency which they become always number one. .Internet connection is their vital service needed in order to operate and I think the company should consider offline system so that incase the internet connection become black-out the bitcoin still operating.

I prefer offline wallet because, its more safer than the online wallet, online wallet can be hacked and easily to get or to bi fix by somebody, but when you have an offline wallet I surely assure you that It is fully secured than the other wallet.

If you are planning the long term, the offline wallet is better since it is more secured. But, for daily basis that you can always change, the online wallet is recommended.

Online wallets are available from exchange or other websites, one can use online wallets if he is intersected in regular buying and selling of bitcoin and for the use of trade purposes but one should not store large amount of Bitcoin in online wallets as Cyber crime is increasing and it could risk the amount of Bitcoins stored. On the other hand, Offline wallets are more safe if someone wants to safely. One can use USB pen drive or other storage device to safely download Bitcoin offline, which ensures safety of Bitcoin.

If I choose an offline wallet, because the average offline wallet does not need to be logged in, no email is required, no need to enter any identity and its security is guaranteed.

Offline wallets will give you the most protection and security. As long as you have secured your private keys, no one can access you Bitcoins in an offline wallet. They can be fully secure whereas there is always a risk with online wallets because they can get hacked. And definitely, don't leave many of your Bitcoins on an exchange because they can get hacked or steal your money or just go out of business. I would suggest only keeping a small amount on an exchange just for trading.

In my opinion, the  selection of wallet still depends on how the user wanted to use it. For security reason offline wallet is way better than any online wallet. You can use it for long term holding and at the same time it's your responsibility to secure it unlike an online wallet which is connected into the internet where it can be vulnerable to online attackers (hackers) although they have security measure you can never know. For ease of access then it's online wallet where in you can easily use your coins( specially for trading) anywhere as long as there is an internet connection.Having them both is better, one is for security and long term storing, you can hold as many bitcoin as you like and one is for storing small amount of btcoin for your daily transaction.

For long term storage, please use offline paper wallet or hardware wallets. Paper wallet must be carefully generated though.

For daily/ frequent use, you can consider one of the mobile wallet- after all you do not bring your computer with you everywhere. Try breadwallet.

well said, but still it's up to you what wallet should you use. for me being an active working in bitcoin i prefer to use online wallet so that anytime i can use my bitcoin whatever i'm doing, where ever i am. i also use my online wallet for trading, just like in coins.ph wallet, i can easily buy bitcoin and holds it, and wait for the right time to sell it. i also use my online wallet to put funds to my other  online investment.
