Anyone have a noticed to miner bitcoin gold ? i read use equihash , but when start mining ? .
By the looks of things at the moment, never. The BTG dev team have proven to be quite amateurish, they can't deliver half of what they've announced.

Yes it sounds pretty lame.

ya i dont think BTC gold price will carry but who knows, free market Cheesy
They are premining it so the diff will start high, and ya the confirms i hear it takes on new blocks are just insane, seems all part of a plan to create value before the miners even have their coins so they can get rich.
Fuck that shit lol

who know whats they have, they havent released any code open source for anyone to see Cheesy they could have nothing ;p
Either way it's just another premine scam to me, they just have big name sbehind it, so what, we see that everyday nowadays, end result is they just want your BTC and will give you another "better" token haha Cheesy
All i hope from this is a reduced zcash nethash rate/diff Cheesy

As said before, the mining market is a lot more efficient now than it used to be, meaning that if one algo/coin tends to do better than another, hashpower flows to it and flattens it back to average. The "normalisation" is a lot quicker nowadays.

Everybody talk about hashrate but nobody said about power consumption. There was experiments with liquid nitrogen cooling on the forum with great hashrate of 1070 or 1080Ti on Ethash but power consumtion was really huge. Of course it's could be possible to get that hashrate but is it reasonable?

yes, of course power consumption is important, but my point is - the current miner software is not optimized for 1080ti for it fast but with huge latency memory speeds. if you compare hashrates in other algos you will notice, that single 1080ti is equivalent to a pair of 1070.
so I think this is possible to equihash algo as well. that is why 1080ti's optimized driver should push about 900-1000sols instead of 750sols!

10btc is the crazy price of course, but I would consider 0.1-0.2 btc as a reasonable price for such improvement

I would immediately pay 1 btc for such thing, 0.1-0.2 is almost worth for a guy with 2 cards...

You suck at math.

How do you mean? I have 12x1080ti and 6x1060, my friend has 12x1080ti and 6x1060 and another one has 2x1080ti, 2x1080 and 6x1060. If that could increase our hashrate by 30% it would give us more than 1.000$ monthly. Cant even imagine what would that do for some guys I know that own more than 100x1080ti... Simple maths. I think its worth at least 10btc if such thing exist, offering 0.1-0.2btc is really insulting.

Well, easy. If from  12+12+2 (2) 1080ti & 6+6+6 (18) 1060 & 2 1080 it will net you and 2 of Your friend only 1000$, HOW could if be 'almost worth' for someone having 2 cards ?(Assuming you mean top tier 1080ti) 0.1-2 is like 500-1k $. So yeah, you suck at math.

Guys how to $ you are earning per card currently?

Last 2 days, I was getting 0.40 mbtc per card @75% TDP stock on zpool using nemosminer 2.2 and same thing using sniffdog 2.3 on Zpool+Hashrefinery+Ahashpool

I switched to MPH and am mining monacoin directly using CCminer. It's been even worst because I can't get the pool hashrate to match my ccminer hashrate. I'm trying different versions of ccminer...

I'm about to swtich to Winminer or Nicehash, getting really poor returns with usual mining tools

thats what happens Cheesy   one farm drops off and the diff goes down, but within three hours people had noticed and the hash and diff was x2 again (back to normal, even more)
Smartcash is still kinda a shitcoin, its only pumping cause cryptopia has the wallet in maintenance i think haha
Anyone see if  zcash nethash dropping? Cheesy im waiting on that ;p
maybe mine some DGB, pretty low
