Has anyone had success with
h81 pro + pcie 1->3 expander + 1080 ti?
I tried it only once, didnt work right away and didnt troubleshoot it further.
Want to expand rig now and would need those extra ports.
I have tried a lot, but expander doesn't work with gtx 10xx at all. thx for reply dude I dont have H81 pro MOBO, but i use PCIE expander with Asus Z270-P and it works (6 PCIE slot + expander + m2 to PCIE = 9 GTX1070/GTX1080ti / rig) Here is my specs: - OS : linux (ubuntu 16.04) - PCIE : Gen 1 - 4G encoding : Enable - Driver : 384.98 |

DGB. My Aorus 1080ti are getting 1015Mhs. PL 100, CC +200, MC -300 W=240. I've cranked them up recently to mine as much as I can at these low difficulties and prices. I am looking (hopefully) at higher prices in the next few weeks. We will see. |

This thread kinda beats it`s purpose. As soon as even remotely profitable coin is mentioned here, in the matter of hours it`s difficulty gets pumped skyhigh.

Mine coins you believe in that are not the #1 most profitable so difficulty is lower then hold until next pump. |

Not a mention about BTG mining and i`m sure some of you with 1080 ti`s are already mining it. So, what are the profits?
I mined BTG in suprnova for 24hr since the start, 4 cards yield 0.06BTG. I feel the payout should be much higher now because the pool was congested at the start and nicehash had channeled huge hashrate there causing me to get very little share in payout. But difficulty is still increasing now. Nevertheless, I am back to zcoin since the difficulty there seem to drop somehow and the pump in price half day ago made it viable again. PS: I found a BTG profit calculator for you to know a rough estimate http://calc.btgpool.pro/. And yes, I know calculator is not accurate, so don't bombard me.  |

You are simply not helping the smaller miner who are the kry to decentralise spirit. 0.05btc just dint make any single cent. Best to keep the btc n it growth better than buying your mod. Told you tons of time already. Your greed has gone far. When btc is $1000 you ask for 0.05. Now btc is 6500 n still asking for 0.05. And you know very well that your mod can only see advantage for one month or so. Dont get all the new miner trick into it please. Just go with big farm and make your money there. If you want mass market, do the usual way. Like ewbf. |

Most of my mods are profitable for months/years, and that's why most of the miners mine with my optimized kernels. If you don't like it, mine with the slow opensource kernels. |

A opensource kernel is worth 0 because it is available free for everyone to use and cannot be resold. You need to optimize/improve the code to have value. I turn something that is worth 0 to something valuable. This is not stealing, but improving. A good improvement can take 1000 hours of hard work to make. |
