You are mining Lyra2rev at 58mhs ?  Use a different ccminer.  Easiest way to start is to download nemos miner or sniffdog, then manually try the miners if you dont want to run the program.  You should get around 70

Both my GPU tested fine when system has one installed but not both.  I replaced my power supply last night, put both cards back in, and the system rebooted from a bugcheck overnight.

Look like I need a motherboard?  Can the miner client or the nvidia driver cause problems like bugcheck reboots or system powering off?  It does this only with both GPU installed.

Your FE should be 2 slots....
Correct however if I put the FE in the top slot it has only about 1 slot room between it and the aorus below.  If I put the aorus in the top slot then there is no room at all between the aorus and the FE.  Not an optimal situation and is a motherboard layout issue.

I agree.  I'm mining eth with 4 1080TI.   I thought I'd try bit coin gold.  The block chain is over 50gb so plan ahead now and start your download.  Mine was start 3 days ago and it looks like I still have 4 days to go till sync.......

Have you considered selling the Aorus and replacing it with a 2 slot 1080 Ti?  That would be less work then replacing your motherboard, new OS install and all that jazz.

Aorus is good card, I`m using them and like more, then GameRock.

As last chance before motherboard change - look at temperatures and coolers speed/work. It may be overheat or overclock. If it`s ok - then motherboard only.

Certainly have.  Doubtful it would solve the issue though since the system does work with just the aorus installed by itself.  So I know the aorus isn't defective.  Same thing for the FE - works by itself.

Anyhow I reset the BIOS back to defaults, adjusted a few settings, downgraded my NVidia driver, and changed mining clients. I'm throwing the kitchen sink at it now. I've already dealt with a power supply to eliminate that and I want to avoid a motherboard if I can. If it blows up on me again though I may be forced to give that a shot.  Not looking forward to all that work.  One benefit though would be upgrading to X370 and getting more features on the motherboard that way.

Temps on the GPUs never get over mid 60s btw.  So they aren't out of control hot.  The aorus actually runs in the low 50s.

So I've been splitting my rigs 50/50 between ahashpool on NIST5 and zpool on Neoscrypt...

The NIST5 setup is pulling in *much* more BTC / day.

Care to share your stats? I.e. BTC per day for NIST5 / ahash and Neo / zpool?

I'm mining a single algo on zpool at the mo and get about 0.006 BTC with my 2 x 1080Tis. I'm willing to switch if it's better elsewhere!

0.006 btc per day with 2x 1080ti? How is that possible?

Or do you mean 0.0006? I am currently using one 1080ti and I get about  0.0004 per day

I plan to mine vertcoin with my 6xgtx 1080ti Asus strix. Could you please tell me what is better mining software alexis ccminer or that Nanashi-Meiyo-Meijin v2.2 miner?
What are your settings for lyra2v2 with highest hashrates?
What is the best pool to use?
Thanks in advance
I use ccminer 1.8.3. This is the version from OneClickMiner. Gives me the best performance.
~68MH/s per 1080TI (Zotac AMP something)

running with default settings.

I use "private" p2pool. Public p2pool give me to many payouts.
If you want to join, drop me a PM Wink

That's pretty bad, most of us were getting 72MH at 80% TDP and 78 at 100% TDP.
I really don`t think you get 72mh

So are you gonna share details with us ?

Details shared many times already. People told you to look a couple pages back. A simple Google search also shows the right miner to use.

If you haven't realized yet, there are actually many very helpful people on here. You, on the other hand, doubt people and when proven wrong, demand they share the basic research they did.

You gotta check your attitude if you need handholding.

verge (x17) is very strong now. But better to mine solo if you have many 1080ti's. All pools including yiimp are tuned bad for verge ...

In Verge(xvg), 1080ti is more profitable using algo x17 or lyra2rev2??
