Las Vegas coin now has over a $2 million market cap with a mere 330,000 coins Wink

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

@vegasguy - is there a guide to setting up your masternode?  I mean a specific one to Las Vegas Coin?

Looks like Coin Exchange is down again. Tried logging in to both, no luck.
I guess it was temporary as I can now login.

Peace, Dennis

Here's a question for someone who understands the development side of things more than I do:

I was scrolling through the debug log earlier, and somehow came across my payout address.  Granted, I really don't have a clue what I'm looking at, BUT, it sure seems to me that I should've gotten a payout here.  Am I reading this wrong?

Ok...

I purchased enough VGS to set up a MN the other night, because after a little research, I was impressed with what I found with VGS.

I have made a few posts on here as well as the Discord channel, requesting assistance with a few things, and none of them have been acknowledged.  I know that everyone (including myself) is busy, and while I don't expect anyone to drop what they're doing to assist me, at this point, I am wondering whether I made a mistake getting on board with this coin.  I have set up enough masternodes in the past to know that sometimes it takes a little legwork to get things going.  I didn't expect it to happen immediately, but at least a response from someone on here would be nice.

@jimmy24651 - One thing I have learned in Crypto is that patience is a virtue!  This is a active page just not as active as you might want.  It is best to address someone directly as I have done here with your handle.  Otherwise you will have to wait until someone who knows the answers to your questions can answer.  Unfortunately, I do not know the answer to either question.

Is there any active development going on for a linux wallet?  I would feel much better about setting up a remote VPS to limit the exposure to my home computer and coins.

Have you tried compiling the code?  I'm running an old version of Debian so have problems compiling most wallets on my Linux box due to Boost versions, but I actually managed to get this to compile on a Mac with very little hassle (deps already installed from messing around with other projects).  I am currently setting up a node using Florian's VPS script, once I have got this working I will add VGS support to my open PR there.

Well I just ran the standard daemon compile (with the fix for missing dir in secp256k1) and they worked.  As I said, my machine has already been set up with deps - xcode, gcc, berkeley, etc. so anyone trying this needs those.

Code:
mkdir -p ./src/secp256k1/build-aux/m4
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
make install

Wallet data is in ~/Library/Application\ Support/LasvegascoinV2.  The compiled files lasvegascoind and lasvegascoin-cli should now be inside the src dir.  I've not tried creating a .DMG from the resulting files but can give that a go, will let you know.
