I am very interested in this coin.  I just started mining it today and all is going smoothly.  This algo seems to run a lot cooler on my gpu than some others so I'm already happy about that.

Question on the fast confirms:  I can testify that the transaction times are super fast, within seconds.  However, More confirms = more data = more blocks = higher storage requirements over short periods and a lack of scalability because of it.

How has this been addressed with DNR?

You should mine somewhere else to secure the network.

the wallet don't want to sync

If you are having issues syncing the wallet, backup your wallet.dat file, located in (C:/Users/yourname/AppData/Roaming/Denarius)

Delete everything else in there except your wallet.dat and then reopen Denarius again, it should sync no problem! Cool

@kingcarsen what I do not see the distribution of coins for the company signature? today, Thursday!

I just sent iluvbitcoins a PM this morning, hopefully he gets back to me soon!

thanks, why do you have negative rating ?

Oh my looks like carsen klocks shills are going for it again. Its eitehr his main account or one of alts that he uses to produce random shitcoins without any backing behind them, for fun or for no reason at all. Seems like he just adopted new re-branded version of his prior copy paste and named it satoshi core.

If you look at his rating, it's a bunch of people crying. No actual scams or illegitimate posts, just people abusing the trust function.

In fact, one of the dudes crying turned down 100,000 DNR for .4 BTC.  Ouch.

Ah yes, in some pages behind
go figure,
unfortunate move letting go them

ouch 2

It has not been addressed, It is really a controversial topic that will be discussed at a later time. Light Wallets could entirely be possible, there is a lot of different options really on what to optimize in that spectrum.

Looks like everyone is buying DNR.

I've read in this topic that DNR will be showing up on Coinomi.
When will this happen?

Within about two weeks, could be sooner, that is what they told me.

(or even if you have the file there)

you can add this nodes list

Please remember to spread the hashrate out guys, if you are mining on ccminer, switch over to another pool to help even things out!

I'm mining on a pool at http://yiimp.ccminer.org/

what did you notice that was odd?

You should mine somewhere else to secure the network.

If anyone else needs another pool, you can join in https://hashbag.cc - 0.5% fee and low withdrawal limits. We are at 1Gh/sec now so blocks are solving at a reliable rate.

-o stratum+tcp://pool.hashbag.cc:8688 -u <dnr_address> -p c=DNR,donate

pool difficulty is currently at 0.25 which should be good for most newer GPUs with hashrates 20Mh+. difficulty should automatically adjust to suit your GPU and ensure you get at least 1 share per block.
if you have a low hash rate you may not see may need to use the below string with difficulty set lower at 0.05

-o stratum+tcp://pool.hashbag.cc:8688 -u <dnr_address> -p d=0.05,c=DNR,donate

donation is 1% so remove the donate part if you do not feel like donating of course, but even with donate then fees are still lower than most pools Smiley

hashbag.cc - where do you put your hash? region based stratums available now: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2044808.new

yes, i am testing the new ones,
i like this one below at moment
running so fine, payments each hour and just - 0.5% fee
more miners will be arriving gradually

Just set up a pool at http://kawaiipool.party/ - 0.5% fee.

Feel free to use it, we could use some spreading of the hashpower.

Use this setting:

Code:
-o stratum+tcp://kawaiipool.party:8533 -u your_wallet_address -p c=DNR

Kind regards, Kawaii Crypto

in case people wonder, i use

sgminer.exe --kernel tribus -o stratum+tcp://kawaiipool.party:8533 -u YourDenariusAddress -p d=0.002 -I 16

Hi guys,

I just started mining for the first time with my gpu it's an old gpu nVidia GT 740 and was just wondering if this is any good to keep mining DNR? I'm currently mining in a pool yiimp ccminer pool. So far I've been mining for 15 minutes and got accepted 1/1 <diff 0.279>, 2192.47 KH/s yes! so as I'm new to all this what does that mean please? I'm a noob at this as you can see lol

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.
